I enjoyed my one night stay at the NH Collection Palazzo Verona as the hotel is conveniently located near Piazza Erbe, which has many wonderful shops and good restaurants. In addition, the rooms are modern and clean and well equipped and the breakfast was great.

Dear bellabb2021, Thank you for choosing NH Collection Palazzo Verona for your short stay in Verona. It has been an honour for us to welcome you in this magnificent historical structure of the 13th century, wisely restored by our designers last year located in the middle of Verona. We are also delighted that you enjoyed our breakfast, which offers an à la carte menu with a wide variety of carefully selected products. On behalf of myself and the entire staff, we thank you for your review and look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful Collection experience. Best regards,

Hotel's Favourite
Beautiful hotel in the center of Verona, just a couple of minutes away from the Arena and casa di Guiletta or other sights. The Palazzo is beautifully renovated, excellent service - from the reception to the breakfast team. Delicious breakfast, Spacious rooms, absolutely recommended.

Disastrous experience. I should have anticipated when I booked one week before and it was the only 5* with availability. The booking itself was painful and I had to modify through the phone, but the key point is the bad experience at the hotel. Starting on the hotel accomodation itself, it I s in a nice building, room is spacious and modern, but with stairs to get to the room and a step to the bathroom, air conditioning is not available for tuning by customers (when we arrived it was set up at 23 degrees and had to ask for modification), bathroom is not practical with towels far from a bathtub too high. We did not sleep well, either because of air conditioning or because of the mattress. Breakfast is in a small and unwelcoming room. But I think the worst which makes it not be a 5* is the lack of customer sense: only one small shower gel bottle for a couple, not fresh and low quality and choice of food for breakfast. Also, there is no concierge and the information given by the employees at reception is unreliable, but Inwould not blame them: we were told breakfast opens at 7am but the second morning was a Saturday and then we had to wait (the lady in charge of the breakfast has been very helpful and kind), we were promised a free late checkout before the employee came back to us saying that the manager disavowed her and said no it would be 20€ (400€/night, 2 nights), no one could give us a sensible advice for transfer to Marco Polo airport (how long, options,…), we were suggested a restaurant which was closed until end of month… And when we checked out, we were not asked how was our stay… Overall just a no go for me, I do not think NH understands luxury, so will get there only for more convenient and less luxury tours.

Dear ArmandB704, thank you for choosing the NH Collection Palazzo Verona for your time in our city and for giving us your feedback on it. Every opinion is important and, especially considering that we are a brand new hotel, we treasure and encourage a feedback at any time in order to offer a perfect Collection Experience. I am sorry to read that you had not the feeling of a 5 star hotel and I personally apologise for some misleading information provided during your stay as it does not reflect the preparation and professionalism of our staff. Regarding our facilities, we are located in a historic building from the 13th century in the centre of Verona. The renovation carried out by NH designers had to respect the original structure bringing every possible modern comfort. The air conditioning is set centrally but can be controlled from the rooms, our staff has always been available to adjust it for you by offering an additional service. Breakfast is served at the table by our staff in the room with an open kitchen and a porthole on the Roman ruins of the 1st century AD with the possibility to visit these ruins, we are sorry you found it unwelcoming. NH is synonymous with excellence in more than 400 hotels worldwide and we hope you will give us a second chance to offer you the 5-star service we strive to provide every day and give you a true Collection experience in Verona. Best regards,

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was nice and the receptionists were too. However, the breakfast options were very low quality. The smoked salmon tasted bland and expired. The bread came hard as rock, and the omelette and porridge tasted like cardboard. There was no gym for fitness. Other than that, our stay was fairly nice, but I would recommend a different hotel if possible.

Dear Worldwanderlust2021, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel NH Collection Palazzo Verona. I appreciate your note about our renovated rooms and the friendliness of our staff, even though a fairly nice stay is not what we aim to offer to our guests as we work with passion to deliver a perfect 5 star Collection experience. I am sorry that our rich and varied buffet breakfast did not live up to your expectations and appreciate your feedback, I will share it with the restaurant so next time you will be amazed by our selection which stands out for its abundance and quality of products. Thank you very much for choosing our Hotel and I hope that in the future there will be plenty of opportunities to make you live other extraordinary Collection moments! Kind regards, F. Chironna General Manager

Just a wonderful stay. Truly outstanding staff; special recognition goes to Elena, Giuseppe, Ioanna, Laura, and Noemi, as well as the courteous housekeeping staff. There was a large group of VIPs and I always felt well taken-care of and that I mattered. The VIPs were extraordinarily welcoming as well to a solo 'intruder', ha! Simply a beautiful property with spacious, comfortable casual meeting areas. I can't wait to come back.
