Had to wait for 35 mins until someone finally appeared to let us in when we arrived but then we happy with a large cosy and nicely decorated room, flat close to Arena, and loved the breakfast. Thank you

The location of the B&B was good - 3 minute walk to the Arena and Pizza Bra.The room was a decent size and had thai-looking decorations, which made it a bit more interesting than a usual guest house room. Small touches (ie, chocolates on the pillow) were appreciated but it was still probably more expensive than I'd usually pay for... More

Despite providing exact arrival time info in advance and on the day, non-one was available to meet us immediately. Although booking several weeks in advance, on arrival we were asked to pay cash upfront, and only when asking to see the room first were told it was 'somewhere else'. It seems the B&B frequently uses other rooms in other locations... More

good Morning, we are sorry but your review does not respect our way of working. You probably wrong the building. Normally we respect precisely the times notified by customers. Our property has 3 fast wifi connections (cable) and offers cafeteria service 24H. Breakfast includes fresh croissants and other fresh produce. We are hoping to welcoming you in the future to... We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2014 whilst attending the opera. By good fortune we were put in the annex where the rooms are a bit larger. Ours had a huge bed, TV, CD player and even a laptop! The was a communal kitchen to prepare ones breakfast (although we seemed to be the only people in the... More

This B&B is a hidden gem in the overpriced city of Verona. Lovely rooms, a choice of shared bathroom or shower - both sparkling clean; and an unexpectedly good breakfast for self-service, with fresh warm pastries and good coffee with a wide variety of other items. The location couldn't be better and the staff were excellent.

I stayed at Cittadella for a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location really couldn't be better: between the train station and the tourist centre of Verona, only five minutes from Piazza Bra, the main piazza, and in a quiet neighbourhood that nevertheless has great restaurants and cafés nearby, and even a supermarket (rare in central... We had a great stay here for one night in January. We had a double room with private bathroom and found it was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Included self serve breakfast of tea/coffee, juices, toast, cereal, yoghurt was good, check in was easy and they happily stored our bags until our room was ready. Great location to explore Verona... We haven't been in a bed and breakfast before, so I don't know if the following incidents are normal, but: 1. The "reception" was just outside our room, thing that made us uncomfortable. 2. The sound proofing was non existent. We woke up in the middle of the night because someone blew his nose. I don't know if he was... More

Great location, 10 min walk from the train and 2 min walk to the centre. Room was massive and very comfortable, nice big windows, a dinning table and comfy beds. Bathrooms are shared but nice and I was never inconvenienced. Staff lovely and helpful. Access to tea & coffee, microwave and free breakfast (toast, cereal, juice, yogurts, etc).
