You can tick off all the musts: a) location - perfect. In the heart of the 2-3 city minutes walk from the Arena b) Room - super clean and comfortable, modern apartment, with all the extras such as espresso machine , bottles of water. C) Service - friendly and helpful . What else can you ask for? RWE came with a car and there is a parking lot about 7 minutes walk . Would stay again if I return to Verona
Wonderful accommodation with great staff who are very welcoming and friendly. Location is brilliant- only a couple of minutes from Piazza Bra, the main square. Look forward to staying again in these clean and modern apartments .Would highly recommend
Beautiful suites and amazing location. Amenites were great except for the pillows which were hard and lumpy and made for a bad sleep unfortunately. My only issue was with the cleaning. Although I understand that they do not clean daily as their policy, we were there on a longer stay and so they offered to clean twice. However, the second time one of the girls refused to clean it although it was agreed upon. She argued with me and refused to do it although one of the other girls had even noted it down in her calendar. I did not appreciate that and it ruined an overall memorable stay. So if you go fo a longer stay, make sure you clarify that with each and every person working there.
I often travel to Verona both for work and just because I love this city . A year ago I tried Oriana and it was just perfect . I might be speaking the traveler’s code now but the commodities are just over any expectation . Toiletries everywhere (even bidet’s ) . Daily cleaning , super central , near and safe parking , staff until 10 pm , lost my card key and got in anyway at 1 am , amazing guides and always and I mean always available , kind and professional . I am a bit of a hygiene freak and after 7-8 stays I have never been disappointed . Both modern and cozy . This homel thing was not clear at the beginning but it actually makes sense now . It’s like going to a hotel but feeling the privacy of a home . Just , awesome ! Needless to say I totally recommend . And thanks to all the staff , you guys are great !…
Pros - Great location, quiet but close to all sites. - Check-in easy (we were early) and staff nice, helpful, very friendly. - Our room was top floor so had great wrap around balcony. - Bed comfy, clean room. - Must see city view from Castel San Pietro. Cons - None. We walked from the train station, only 15-20 minutes but would take bus/taxi next time. We only had backpacks though. * IMHO, I would not visit Italy in the summer, crowds, heat and high prices. We (from Savannah) visited last 2 weeks of October (Venice, Verona, Cinque Terre, Florence), weather was perfect, 65/75 degrees and crowds were minimal to none. We did a mix of Airbnb’s and 2 hotels, so could travel with just backpacks, washing clothes often. So many stairs, boats…..just makes travel easier and not checking luggage. If stairs are not your ‘thing’ avoid Cinque Terre. …
Beautiful suites moments from Bra Piazza and Arena. Well appointed, stylish suites and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. We stayed in Verona for 5 nights and it was great to have a separate bedroom and sitting area to relax in, as well as a small terace. We also got an upgrade, which was very much appreciated. Staff were pleasant and happily answered any questions. Cannot recommend this highly enough for those looking for accommodation in Verona.
The location close to Piazza Bra is perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. The accommodations were sizeable, comfortable and very clean with a kitchenette. We received a very warm welcome and found the team professional and effective. What let it down was the dreadful outlook over a line of waste disposal carts which were continuously being filled with glass bottles. This spoiled the experience which was made worse by the street noise into the early hours.
Loved the location, the apartment was super modern , clean and had fantastic decor. Very comfy beds, high quality linens and towels . Nice views. , everything needed for breakfast prep! Loved the space - had a good vibe. It felt special. Good communication with the owner. Easy paid private parking.
Surprisingly modern property with an outstanding, helpful staff. The building is perfectly located steps from the opera Arena as well as open air markets and dining. We needed to change our schedule and the front desk associates were happy to make calls for us to simplify the task. The apartment has a kitchen with glassware, dishes, basic gadgets, a nice refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. The living room has a dining table and sleeping sofa. European hotels at this price point can be small but our room was delightfully spacious with plenty of lights and outlets--unlike older properties. The room was quiet and had full-width black out curtain panels and self-operated air conditioning. Excellent mattresses and quality bedding. A nice surprise.
Stayed for seven nights in July with my husband and our 17 yr old daughter. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was beautiful, overlooking a church at the side of the building. Perfect location. Top tip would be to book directly with them. We received a discount for booking over six nights and was considerably less than any booking site. Would highly recommend staying here, we’ll be coming again!
