Housed in an ancient palace in the historic heart of Venice, at only a few steps from Saint Mark's square, the Gallerie dell’Accademia and La Fenice Theater, B&B Zaguri welcomes guests in typically Venetian rooms that have been revamped in modern style and comforts. This recently restored hotel, simple yet very tasteful, with reception, hall, breakfast room (served at the table in typical Italian style) and 3 delightful rooms, is the ideal solution from among the hotels and the bed and breakfast of Venice to experience the fascinating and magical atmosphere of the most beautiful city in the world, amid narrow streets and picturesque campi, famous monuments and museums, elegant boutiques and refined artisan shops...

Stayed here for three nights. Location is great- water bus stop just 2 minutes walk, St Mark’s Square 10 minutes. Lots of small cafes/ restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Room was lovely- double bed plus a single- spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Breakfast was very good- cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, meat, cheese, fresh bread rolls, croissants and fruit. Enough choice for anyone. On arrival we were given a map and advice on water buses to various places. Very useful. Would recommend this place.

We were very happy with our stay here. This is a bed and breakfast, not an expensive hotel, so don't expect the height of luxury. What we DID get was a comfortable room with good storage space, a large clean bathroom, a very friendly welcome, a good breakfast and an excellent position within easy walking distance of St Mark's Square. There are a lot of steps up to the main floor (as is common in a lot of Venetian hotels) but security is good and you get your own keys to the front doors so you can come and go. The Zaguri B&B is on a quiet canal just off the main route to St Mark's, and is a short walk from the Grand Canal vaporetto stop 'Giglio' where the number 1 stops. We would certainly recommend the Zaguri.

The owner Mario and his staff were all very charming as was the room. The bathrooms are nicely renovated and our family of 4 stayed comfortably in this little suite. Breakfast was tasty, coffee or cappuccino made as you like and a welcome tray with snacks and Prosecco were lovely touches!

Lovely downstairs room in classic old building, spacious, modern bathroom and beautiful private courtyard. Breakfast was simple but adequate and staff friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy to walk the whole of Venice close to St Marks square and right on a back canal. Very Venice!

Location is perfect. The owner gave a very detail map of getting to this B&B. very central location but quite. there is a small canal with a bridge in front of the building. Just picture perfect of Venice. Less than 10 minutes walk to all the attractions. Very nice people, very nice room, clean and comfortable. Venice is overly crowded during the day. By staying here, we got to walk around early in the morning when there was no tourists. Then back to hotel to enjoy our breakfast! Plenty restaurants around the place. There is a pizza shop around the corner with reasonable price. The gelato shop cross the bridge is also good.

It was just perfect, very close to the San Marcos square, great location, in the house of a Venezitan family. Clean and comfortable. The owner was very very kind with us, nice breakfast. Very close to everything, walking distance.

I should begin by saying that Venice, while intriguing, is my least favorite city in Italy. It's very expensive, and very crowded with very mediocre food. The Zaguri B&B is none of these things. It's delightful, reasonably priced, run by really nice people and offer a great breakfast.

A very short walk from the Guilio vaporetto stop, this B and B is quiet despite central location, not far from center of town but far enough so not overwhelmed by crowds.Room was small but adequate with squeaky clean bathroom. Small safe for valuables. Keys to get you into the place when no staff available at night. If you must leave before 8:15 before breakfast begins, the hotels leaves you a decent cold breakfast (no coffee) the night before. A remarkable value in an expensive city.

We are family of 3 stayed in Zaguri B&B for 2 nights: - The direction to the hotel provided from the hotel website is very clear and easy to follow . We arrived on Saturday. Our flight got delayed but the receptionist waited for us after we communicated the delay - The B&B is in a very good location with easy walking to St. Marco square, etc - The triple room and bathroom are in good size and clean. Given it’s in the heart of Venice, inside the room is very quiet and we had good sleep. - The breakfast is standard but with good quality meaning everything is very fresh, love the croissant, salmon especially - There is no lift in the property, and there are staircases to walk up. We only had carry on luggages, so it’s manageable for us. One thing to be noted to the owner is: the hallway is dark during the night time. It will be nice to have sensored lights. Overall, our stay is very pleasant. Venice is such a beautiful place. It’s been our first visit to Venice, and it won’t be the last. We highly recommend this B&B, and will stay here again in our next visit!
