Our room was comfortably furnished.Small lack was that there was no hairdryer. The owner was friendly, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Location was quite central. Quiet area, short walk to main attractions. For the price, we felt we had a good deal.

Mario was an excellent host. My daughter still calls him "the Sir who made us breakfast". Great location, very good price. Mario, picked us up and was a very good host. He is great with kids. Fresh croissants and good coffee. Very clean.

Our Quadruple room had a private bath. But if you want to be sure, ask in the Residenza. They are very friendly and will help you. Have a nice time in Venice.
