Our Bed & Breakfast finds itself in the center of Venice, 5 minutes walking from the famous Rialto bridge, and 15 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. We are close to the main fish market place where there is a public transport gondola service which enables everyone to cross the Grand Canal for 2 euros per person. Our home is located in one of the oldest areas of Venice, where most houses are from the 13th century. Indeed Venetians used to leave originally in Torcello island, and then decided from the 8th century to move from the island of Torcello, more exposed to the Barbars invasions, to settle in the current Rialto area. Esmeralda and Mario, the owners who personally attend all guests during check-in, check-out and breakfast time, will answer all your questions and help you take most advantage of your stay in Venice.

VERY nice and friendly host, most helpful in all ways. Quiet area, some noice could be heard from adjacent room, but only one night. Nice price. Appreciated most the host, the family running this B&B.

We stayed at Residenza for 2 nights. Owner/ host was very kind and helpful. Mr. Marco met us at the water bus stop to show the way to the B&B and helped us with our luggages. Then, he gave us tips for going around the city and recommended restaurants (which were SUPER good!!!). Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. And most importantly, walking distance to everything! Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Venice for 3 nights and the Residenza degli Angeli was perfect for us. The room is comfortably furnished with Venetian flair and the owners are very friendly and courteous. We even got some insider tips for restaurants and sightseeing. A big advantage is the central location! In 5 minutes you are at the Rialto Bridge, and this for a reasonable price. Our recommendation for a nice stay in Venice.

The Hotel is walking distance from the city center. Was really accessible and easy to find, especially that the owner was so caring as to send the exact location on whatsapp a week earlier. Very welcoming and homey. Biggest advantage was that it was flexible when changing plans and did not charge extra when cancelling a night from the original reservation due to personal change of plans.

We stayed 6 nights at the end of February 2022 and had a Brilliant stay, Mario couldn't do enough for us even meeting us when we arrived by water taxi from the airport in the wrong place. Room was perfect nice and quiet, bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and shower good, location was ideal only 5 mins to get to very good restaurants, Mario suggested some very good restaurants, also only 5 min walk to nearest boat stop to explore all the islands, also we were there during the carnival and very easy to get around to see all the sites. Breakfast was good each day with fresh croissants either filled or plain, with fresh rolls, coffee, tea, yogurts. Also Mario supplied us with fresh milk each day for our room. We will definitely return for another stay one day. Thank you Mario

Would recommend, especially if you're traveling on a budget! The hosts are super helpful and have lots of good tips and are absolutely happy to chat!

Venice is a somewhat difficult city to navigate through but Esmeralda and Mario's family was extremely welcoming. They reached out in advance to my group arriving on WhatsApp to make sure we would arrive safely. The place is affordable to student friend groups and it is a very safe location. The breakfast was nice and we had everything we needed. I wish in advance to booking we knew about the shared bathroom, but it was kept tidy.
