The family room with two floors was great, the top floor was nice for the kids, the location between Rialto and San Marco is perfect. Friendly service, nice breakfast was included. Perfect for the short city trip!

There is no elevator - all stairs - rooms face other buildings, as Venice is quite built up - but all that is quirky and adorable - top suite has a rooftop mini balcony
