We wanted to stop in the hotel while traveling by car on the way for one night. It was our fault , and we made the reservation for the wrong day. In the website it was said the payment will be made in the hotel, hovewer, they charged the whole amount straight after booking. When we arrived , I wanted to solve the issue , but the receptionist , who pretended to be a manager , was very rude, unprofessional. He was on empotions ,he was not trying to help, he was just rude, laughing - it’s your mistake, go away !!😫 Very bad impression.. I think this kind of staff shouldn’t be working at the reception. And he pretended to be a manager , but he is not - for sure, he even did not want to tell his name - what kind of manager is it. Very unprofessional and not polite. We was in the hotel on 15 th June at about 7 pm. I would appreciate if the real manager can at least talk to him and explain how to communicate with guests. Because the receptionist is the first very important impression of the hotel.

The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. We had booked a Superior room, and the Hotel upgraded this for us as we were there with them for our celebration. On the day a bottle of champagne awaited us in our room. We booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast was Lovely, The Hotel is set in a great Location within easy access to all the sights of beautiful Venice . With such a lovely Hotel and amazing staff! It was pretty quite when we arrived here. The hotel had old furniture and there was not much room to move around in our hotel room. We did not have much places to hang out clothes (clothes hangers were mostly broken) and wet towels. The staffs were friendly. We like the big window in the bathroom, not many hotels have that. Sometimes difficulty opening shampoo/soap sachets under the shower. Location is nearby public transportation, so easy to travel to the center of Venice instead of using car.

I recently stayed here for my 18th birthday. The staff were lovely and helpful when we asked for directions and where to get bus tickets. The double room was lovely, the bed was massive but the mattress was slightly uncomfortable. The hotel provided towels, soap and shampoo. I had a pleasant stay and it is in a convenient location (you can get the T2 tram to Mestre Centro and then T1 to Venice from the bus stop about 30 seconds away). I recommend!

I'm writing this review at 2:00am because I am awake due to a terribly old mattres. I can feel every spring coil which digs into my hip. Remedy is to fold the bedspread repeatedly to put on top of the mattres to act as padding. 4 nights of this... Plus side: It is a typical budget hotel with paper thin walls where you can hear every word your neighbour says, but Marghera is a very nice neighbourhood with good access to Venice, which takes about 45min to San Marco. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. They served a dinner of sorts (one dish available. Pasta and generous salade) late in the evening for €6. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly.

Excellent hotel to stay in if you are visiting Venice. About 30 minutes bus ride into Venice. Bus stop outside hotel. We could leave our hire car in their car park all day. The family room was excellent. Large room with double bed and two singles. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

We booked just one day before from our flight. So it was kind of last option. But we stayed here in relax. All the staff are very helpful, smiley. Hotel is enough clean. The breakfast is ok. Price is also acceptable for this quality. The only problem is little bit far away from Venice. But there is bus for 24 hours.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room and bathroom were clean but small. The have a parking place if you are traveling by car. A big minus for the Internet!! I payed 2€/day/device, but when we arrived in the room we realised that the wifi was not working. When i asked at the reception they sayed that wifi is working just in the Reception area ( they didn't mentioned this when i payed the tax)

I really liked the hotel. The location is great only 20 min bus ride away from Venice. the room was clean and big enough. We stayed in a 4-bed room and the two double beds were separated by a the bathroom, which allowed for some privacy. The breakfast was regular - a buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is located is quite and calm.

Typical 3 star hotel. Tidy, clean... Service was excellent. Respect for the man who looks like to be working there very moment of the day! 😃👍 Breakfast was very good. A lot of fresh fruit. Connection to Venice was easy. The return (after sunset) was not that easy. Overall: good hotel, very good location!
