The Ai Reali is just a few blocks from the Rialto Bridge on the canal Rio della Fava. Lovely hotel filled with Murano glass chandeliers. Being on a canal with its own boarding dock, the staff can arrange a gondola or water taxi for you. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel restaurant, Alle Corone, is on Michelin’s list for Venice. Highly recommended.
Oh my! This hotel was booked 2 years ago for my special birthday celebration! But due to the pandemic was rebooked another twice there after. Eventually getting there this hotel did not fail to make you feel special, the rooms, the staff, the hotel is truly special. If you want to stay in a hotel that reflects Venice this is a great choice. I will be returning without doubt.
We just completed a beautiful 2 night stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking. The location is central to all the sights and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. They set up our dinner reservations at local restaurants and we were not disappointed. Both meals were excellent. The staff was also very friendly and kind. We will definitely return.
Good location, clean property, excellent staff, and a great restaurant on premise. I would stay again. Was there for a special birthday for my wife and were extremely happy. The rooms on floor 3 are spacious and traditional.
Me and my husband have just returned from the most magical stay at Ai Reali Hotel Venice, for my 30th birthday. Words cannot even express what a wonderful time we had. The junior suit room was exceptional with a breathtaking canal veiw, it was large and spacious, immaculately clean with a luxurious feel, absolutely beautiful. We truly felt like king and queen. The staff went above and beyond to answer any questions, provide lots of really helpful information and make us feel so very welcome. Sergio B was especially attentive, thank you so much! Location is perfect, in walking distance of all the main attractions. The only negative we have for this hotel is that the jacuzzi wasn't in use for our stay so we really missed this when we used the spa, all being said we we're aware of this as it was clearly stated on their website. Sometimes these things can't be helped. If you are staying here a water taxi to and from the hotel is an absolute must, albeit a little pricey (we only used this service on the way back to the airport) but was an experience on its own, we felt like celebrities! Venice was an absolute dream and reduced me to tears with its beauty it will always have a place in my heart.…
Spent two nights with college aged son after a ski trip to Cortina. Excellent reception and spacious, very well-appointed twin room and bath with canal view and private roof terrace. Perfect location in Castello, near Rialto Bridge and shopping area. Great breakfast, and first-class service and concierge. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Venice.
We booked a superior room (206) and were disappointed overall with it. The room was small and a bit dreary and the bathroom was tiny. The bedding was nice but the bed needed a mattress topper. Overall not the most comfortable of rooms for almost €300 a night. The bar and sitting room are very plain with basic furnishings, more what you’d find in a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was fine and the waiting staff very good. Front desk didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay on check out which is surely a basic question for guests. Location is great but for the price I think there’s better places to stay in Venice.
I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Hotel ai Reali. Perfectly located yet private enough to be the perfect spot for our Venetian getaway. Hotel was meticulous and well appointed. Breakfast was perfect each morning and the 8 course tasting we had the restaurant held its own with Michelin rated restaurants. Above all, the staff was exceptional. They made my husband and I feel as if we were there only guests. I highly recommend.
We had a weekend here, the bedroom was spacious with a view over the canal , the bathroom well appointed and the staff very helpful. The breakfast buffet was the same on both days and because of Covid restrictions a bit tedious but still pleasant enough . Overall this is a 1st class hotel which is very centrally located and a real pleasure to stay in.
The most incredible hotel, best location and wonderful service. Big shout out to Marco and all the staff for the most attentive service we’ve ever had. Incredible destination made even more perfect by Marco and the team. Couldn’t recommend more!!x
