I have been here several times. If you are lucky enough to stay in the new part of the building then the rooms are nice. Otherwise in the old building rooms are dark and not very nice. Breakfast is very poor. Location is good as 5 minutes walk from train station.

Located conveniently for Mestre station - which has quick access to Venice. Beware - trains from Venice get very infrequent after 10 pm. Good location if you don't want to pay central Venice prices. Wifi OK. We had room at rear. It looked as though it had been recently refurbished (there was still tiles to be put down on balcony).... More

This hotel was modern, bright and clean. The bathrooms were lovely with a huge walk in shower and a great over head shower. It's a short walk to get the train into Venice or a bus from the outside. Reception were helpful providing a map and local restaurants. Breakfast was very good. It was busy one of the mornings, but... More

Travelled with my child and wife and when arrived we were surprised 'cause they gave us the room earlier (11:30) than any hotel would give. I figured out why when we went to the room. The hotel facilities are not 4 stars standard for sure - check my review of a 4* hotel in Florence. The staff was friendly but... More

We stayed here for 1 night as a family. Rooms lovely and clean, however there was no tea coffee or water in the room which I find odd for a 4*. Decor nice, area very residential but near to train and bus so perfect to get in and out of Venice. Staff friendly. Restaurant no good for us as a... More

No Water was offered in Hotel. Normaly a 4 star hotel will offer you one bottle of water /day at free of cost. No Tea kettle inside the room unlike other hotels. If we need a hot water we have to walk outside hotel. Wi-Fi strength was poor. Wifi strength is terribly poor at evening. Charged 3 Euro for Small... More

Incrediably un-welcoming to begin with. Arrived with my mum and I stood by the desk awaiting to be acknowledge while the pair of receptionists behind the desk were chatting. The room was tired, humid (air-condition was literally just myself blowing out the air for myself). Wifi was terrible as it takes me 10 mins to even log on to their... More

One of our favorite hotels on our trip through Italy. It was clean and the rooms were modern and very nice. The bathrooms were amazing. The only issue is the hotel is not on the island of Venice but it is close enough by bus to get there in a reasonable time. Overall very happy with our stay.

We stayed here for two nights in a short break to Venice, and it's a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly and informative, spoke good English, and helped us with any questions. We were on the forth floor, and the room was modern and spotless. Big bed, plenty of towels, and a fridge. Large bathroom with walk... More
