I stayed at this hotel in June before boarding Crystal Cruises at Venice. We were looking for places to stay around 1 month before departure and we were unable to get accomodation at the Bauer Hotel that offered special rate for Crystal cruisers. And we were kinda scrambling to look for hotels that were available. So it was kinda lucky...

Came here a few months ago as a birthday trip, with my girlfriend. Was spending a little more than usual, but from the moment i recieved correspondance I knew it would be worth it. The staff were very friendly from the word go, and had arranged a welcome basket for us. There were no junior suites available (as I had...

We spent 3 nights in Venice and decided to stayed in this hotel. We were not disappointed at all! The service was great since we arrived to the train station and we had someone with our names waiting for us ready to take us to our transportation (water taxi). We didn't have to make a line or wait, was great!...

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel. An excellent Hotel for the exploration of Venice - no restaurant and a very poor buffet breakfast - other than these two aspects, staying at the Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The added benefit of the Hotel was that it had its own landing stage at the front of the Hotel, a...

We celebrated our daughter's and my husband's birthday, so on the website I ordered a bithday cake, as a suprise. After our arrival somebody koncked the door and waited us the perfect...

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Venice. The decor is spectacular, the rooms large, the location central, and the bar terrific. Stayed here several times over the past 2 years and it is always a pleasure to return.

We arrived by water taxi, we had a junior suite - no view, but we spent every day exploring Venice and the room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff are charming and helpful. The bar is splendid, overlooking the Canale Grande. Breakfast was a little meagre - no croissants, rather tough bread rolls and strange tasting fruit juice -...

We had 3 nights in Venice at this hotel. One night in a canal review room and 2 nights in a junior suite. Both rooms were beautifullly decorated with good facilities and were also very quiet at night. As stated in previous reviews, the hotel is indeed very near a vaporetto stop so convenient for getting around with those heavy...

We loved this hotel. It is situated on the Grand Canal, right be a Vaperetto stop which makes getting around, and getting to/from the airport, a breeze. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was big, with good facilities, and even though it didn’t have much of a view, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After...
