Being just back from a wonderful stay at the hotel, I would like to share some praise. The staff was very professional, did a great job during the booking process and our stay. The rooms were nice, i.e., older style as if to match Venice's history, beautiful bathroom. The breakfast offered a broad variety of food and drinks (two suggestions for the hotel: prepare the cappuccino manually and offer different types of bread), and they offered excellent handmade fruit salad. The hotel is located very closely to Piazza San Marco. Great stay, kids and I loved it, definitely a place to recommend and to come back to.

Great location for touring Venice. Really welcoming staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Rooms are well presented with a good en-suite and large beds. Breakfast was adequate, lack of great fruit and some days the flavoured yoghurts ran out.

Location of the hotel is super, so central and close to all the main facilities and attractions in Venice. Great value for money, helpful staff, very clean and nice rooms. The breakfast was lovely too, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

A very charmful with a perfect location. It s located 200 m far from Piazza San Marco and a vaporetto station in a nice neighbourhood. Staff are kind and professional. Special thank to the housekeeper. The lobby is refined carefully with luxurious style. The room is not so spacy but furnished and decorated with baroque style make you travel back in the time. There is an empry bar/fridge in the room and no kettle. The bathroom with italian shower is modern, clean and well furnished. The breakfast is copious : different bakeries, eggs, potates, ham, juices, xereals, coffees teas and so on.
