Excellent location, few minutes to San Marco and Rialto. The staff is so friendly and polite. If I visit Venice, I will come to the same hotel because of the staff smiley faces :) The room has nice furniture.

I left my luggage behind the front desk for the same reason. They give you a tag. It's no problem.

I am sure they do have twins. Contact the hotel directly. They are VERY responsive.

I think karlowsj meant Alilaguna regarding transportation from the cruise terminal to San Marco. Again, I suggest you contact the hotel with all of your questions. They are VERY helpful and responsive.
