This was one of the nicest hotels and the services were exceptional. Everything was beautiful and comfortable with wonderful, helpful staff members. The location made it easy to get to everything by water taxi or walking with many wonderful experiences right near by (ex. Jazz bar up the street, great deli's).
We weren't supposed to stay here. Our reservation was at NH collection. but when we arrived, the hotel had closed because of broken pipes. so they sent us here. At first we said, we don't want a Radisson! but we were very wrong. the palace is amazing, fine, high end, modern rooms. My kids room in the attic weren't that attractive but I understand it was last minute and no more were available. Breakfast is good, and people are very helpful. And the best, its away from the tourists! which can also be difficult if you have young ones because its a long walk back, my kids did it, except one time we had to pay a water taxi . So for older kids and adults, excellent option!!!!!
By far one of the most incredible rooms we have ever stayed in. Bathroom was just stunning, so much space, all quality materials used. Honestly this place is 10/10. Special mention to Diyya who helped us navigate our way around Venice and answered everyone of our 21 questions lol.
they did not respect us as Muslims and the privacy in the toilet is ZERO, location in good however having the boat station in front of the hotel and room made the sleeping quality very poor due to the noises
A good location as walking distance to sr Lucia train station with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean with modern facilities and we had very comfortable bed. We chose a room with a canal view which was lovely. If I had one Criticism it would be that we found it a bit “soulless “ and not atmospheric however I would still return. The outside courtyard is lovely for an evening drink.
The hotel is brand new, contrary to most accommodations in Venize that are really old fashioned. This one is entirely refurbished, with high quality materials. It’s located a bit at the north, 15-20 minutes walk from the center. I told during the booking that it was our wedding anniversary : there was no special attention in the room. First disappointment. The rooms are great, very spacious. We had a junior suite Renaissance canal view, at the second floor, room 205. And that’s where the nightmare begins : the hotel is in front of a bus station and the soundproofing of the windows is poor. For a normal human being, it’s pretty much impossible to sleep with all the boats sounds and the street sounds of the canal and people waiting for their waterbus just 5 meters away from your window. We ask for a room change : a person at the reception told us they find a room garden view same category, at the third floor. But when we come at night to do the exchange, it was another canal view room. And my actual room hasn’t been made, obviously. No one looked very confused / concerned at the reception despite us being very upset by the situation. They had absolutely no care. And for us, 3 nights with very little sleep. You can consider this hotel only if you don’t take the canal view side during your reservation. And if you do so, do not accept any canal view « upgrade » : it would be a trap.…
Thank you for making our stay exceptional. Won’t forget it and we will definitely be back. The staff were so accommodating and nice. The room Was fab. Thank you so much for the experience. Mattia, thank you so much!!
Had a fantastic stay here. The building is beautiful, lovely staff and really nice food and breakfast. The hotel is nicely located for transport to / from the airport by boat and in a relatively quiet bit of Venice but with easy access to the main tourist spots which was great.
This was our first trip to Venice. Our trip was booked through the rewards program and I think the hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Ilona and welcomed with a very easy check-in. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean. Fantastic tiled shower with rainfall head. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They assisted in setting up dinner reservations and pointing out the best spots for a great coffee. Also, the Batman made exceptional Aperol spritz cocktails - the best I have ever had and definitely setting the bar higher. Great location and accessible to everything. The water is from the airport stops right in front of the hotel at the Guglie station.
Excellent stay. Saying staff is friendly and helpful is an understatement. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated the hotel's safety, and staff's warm welcome every time I returned. The property is incredibly well done, internet is fast, and location can't be beat -- easy to get to everywhere, but enough out of the way that you don't have the noise or traffic I've experienced with other hotel stays on earlier visits to Venice. Stayed on points and it was such a good stay that I am going to dig my Radisson credit card out of the drawer and start using it again so I can come back!
