I was not warned about a preexisting Internet issue that negatively affected my stay. The staff kept telling me it would be solved in a few hours, even though the manager later admitted it was a problem that had existed for some time. The staff didn't give a sympathetic response to my problem at all, either. They seemed more robotic than empathetic. When I asked for a discount at the counter, I was told I had to email the manager about it. When the manager FINALLY responded, he refused to give me a discount on my stay and ignored my emails for months.
Hotel is clean with a central location. Hotel did its job and must of staff was friendly except for an Indian gentleman front desk employee named Sal when he inserted himself into a conversation I was having with another staff member and raised his voice and felt aggressive over simple questions I had. I was afraid of running into him the remainder of my stay. Please train your employees not be thus disrespectful to guests for no reason at all.
Nice hotel, nice people but for breakfast better you go outside. Especially the coffee quality is terrible: I tried the espresso prepared on a good bean2cup WMF machine but the flavour was defected with aromas of mildly, woody, earthy, burnt. Stay at the hotel but take the espresso outside
