The b & b was practically 1 min walk from the water ferry station@ Goiglo. It is comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. There are plenty of eating places hereby. You can practically walk everywhere from here.

We stayed in the JR Suite, it was absolutely lovely. Bed was comfortable & shower was hot. This was perfect spot to overcome jet lag. There is a fabulous restaurant right across the canal that is visible from the balcony. Thank you Gio, I hope...More

Gio was extremely friendly, easy going and helpful and his B&B is perfectly located (5 min walk from San Marco), has plenty of space and is very comfortable. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!

There was no safe, that I can recall. But we felt the outer door of the establishment was secure. There was another door that locked from the stairs to the floor where our room was, as well as the door to our room. I... More
