Hotel's Favourite
The Canova Suite had two windows plus one balcony overlooking Canale Grande and a view of Ponte Rialto. The modern double-pane windows and French door sealed out the noises, and the shutters kept out the light. The suite, Room 104, comprising a hallway, one full bath, one sitting room, and one large bedroom with a four-door floor to ceiling closet, is spacious, elegant, and includes all conveniences. Several USB charging and three kinds of outlets make plugging in electronics/ using electic items a cinch. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. Warm dishes made to order, and a wide choice of breakfast items on the buffet (due to CoronaVirus, no self-service). I would come back here and stay in exactly this suite again next week if I could.

Such a lovely hotel, I looked for a modern hotel in Venice and it was modern but also not too modern that I didn’t feel like I was in Venice. We booked a deluxe double room and the size was amazing, lovely bathroom too! Rituals products which was nice! Cleaners came and cleaned the room and it was spotless. Couldn’t have asked for more The actual hotel itself was also great, staff were so friendly and the terrace bar views are unmatched. We felt very lucky to be one of the only hotels in that main area with a terrace bar! We never ate breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that but overall an amazing experience and would 100% be staying here again if we go back to Venice!

We really wanted to love this hotel as the location was perfect and it has the views, however, the service was mediocre. Not terrible but definitely the least friendly staff out of all the hotels we stayed in Italy. I thought it was just me and maybe they were having a bad day, but my husband said he noticed it too. The friendliest staff we came across were the bartenders from the terrace bar. The room was a good decent size and very modern and clean. The bathroom was spacious had one of the best showers. I would still recommend the hotel -- book a room with a view because you're in Venice!

Great stay! The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. They managed every request we had. They booked transfers from airport to hotel and also to our cruise ship. We went to Florence for a few days and they held our bigger luggage for us until we returned. The breakfast is very good and they make eggs to your preference. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel for a surprise trip for my husband . Such a beautiful hotel , with fabulous staff ! Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch . Rooms are stunning . Breakfast is beautiful . What makes this hotel is the roof top bar and the bar staff who work in there ! Such a beautiful setting , and the guys who work in there are so friendly , remembered our fave drinks and make the best cocktails . They made our stay one to remember , thanks to them !

We stayed here for one night, we arrived early and the lady on reception was so helpful. Our room was ready within 20 minutes of arriving which was great to be able to utilise to freshen up and throughout the day between sightseeing. The hotel was well designed, modern, comfortable and very clean. The staff and location are its biggest assets, both were superb and made our stay fantastic. Really enjoyed sitting at the terrace bar in the evening watching the boats and people go by. Not the cheapest hotel of course but not the most expensive either, certainly fair for a nice hotel in a major tourist city centre, it’s what I’d expect to pay

Lovely hotel! Very spacious room and big comfortable bed. The perfect location next to Rialto Bridge where you can walk, get the water bus, taxi or gondola. The staff where very welcoming and roof top area has a great view. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Venice.

We had an amazing stay at H10 in Venice. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the location was hard to beat. We absolutely loved the roof top bar, especially Elia who took incredible care of us both nights we visited. The room was very comfortable and loved the views of the Grand Canal from our room as well as the roof top bar. Highly recommend H10 if you’re going to Venice!
