Lovely clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was great. Good location that's easy to get to from the airport and within walking distance of everywhere. We were even given a complimentary bottle of prosecco which was an amazing added touch!

We recently had a really great 9 night stay at Settimo Cielo. Anthony, Loretta and the whole staff were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The room we had (402) was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. This property is very conveniently located on Campo San Stefano, within easy walking access of San Marco and Rialto. There are good restaurants, bars, and shops with 100 feet. We loved the common room and rooftop terrance. Breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. This was one of my favorite places to stay in Italy.

We booked to stay in Locanda Fiorita and on check on were walked over to the adjacent building by Anthony (who was amazing - knowledgable with great tips on places to eat/drink). Anthony kindly carried our bags up the stairs (we knew there would be no lift so this didn’t faze us). Our room was a great size with a nice bathroom - all spotlessly clean. The room looked right out onto the church at one end of Campo San Stefano. Anthony then showed us up to the roof terrace where we were advised that there was complementary Prosecco, when my husband advised he doesn’t drink prosecco he was told to have a beer from the mini fridge in the room free of charge, which was a lovely touch!! Breakfast was a full continental style with tea/coffee served by a very friendly waitress! It was an ideal set up. The hotel (Fiorita) was easy to find and only a 5ish minute walk from the Sant Angelo waterbus stop! I can see that if we were not originally expecting to book into the Fiorita we may not have found the entrance to Cielo or Bloom B&B so easily! I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking to visit Venice! It is a great location 15mins to Piazza San Marco or the Rialto Bridge, and I would definitely book to stay here again!

I stayed last summer in Locanda Fiorita, but wanted to try this sister-hotel. And it did not disappoint! As last year, the lovely Anthony was in the reception. He helped me with my luggage, and i got an upgraded room - so beautiful! The prosecco i had ordererd i got for free, and also a small discount because i was here last year too. I was switching hotels towards the end of my holiday and was then going on the Orient Express to London...and bless, not only did he book a water-taxi for me, he also booked a porter to help me down to the nearest taxi stop. And it was on the house! So it should be no surprise that im returning again in July 2019

Wow - what a find!!! Never thought in a million years we would end up in this wonderful place - an email sent with directions from the train station then water taxi looked like it was gonna be a tough find!! How wrong were we!!! Perfect directions & anyone who has visited Venice will appreciate how amazed we were to find it straight away!!! The hotel was super cute and a lovely English chap who has lived in Venice for years then took us around the corner to our room in another building - how beautiful it was! The decor upon walking through the big wooden door was there to be seen straight away - immaculate hallway , stairs , artwork on walls then into our stunning room - in such keeping to the Venetian theme - lots of brocade & velvet drapes with Venetian lamps & wooden furniture. The mini bar was well stocked and we were invited to have a beer & waters too on the house! The best feature was the stunning roof top terrace with amazing views of churches, towers & the piazza below - best of all was the complimentary prosecco to enjoy as much of whenever back to rest your tired feet after all those bridges!!! Sunset was stunning up there & watching the local children playing in the piazza whilst listening to the church bells - pure bliss! Breakfast was plentiful in a charming little room with plenty of choice and great coffee too - thankyou Settimo Bloom for such a wonderful 1st time visit to Venice - we hope to return to you again soon x

I’m going to start with this: the hotel was very difficult to find when we arrived as it was dark. There was no information on our booking or on the website that said that we had to go to the reception of a totally different hotel so at 11pm we walked all over the general area of where it was supposed to be baffled! Eventually we went into the other hotel to ask and were told that we checked in there. We were then taken around to the Bloom by a lovely chap who showed us the tiny words “bloom” etched into a brass doorbell. The room itself was on the small side but the bathroom had a bath which was nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy! The hotel is situated in a lovely square with some nice cafes and restaurants around it. Ideal location. Breakfast was nothing to shout about but it did the job.

To be within easy walking distance of the Rialto , St Marks and the Accademia bridge is more than enough . But then you add in the lovely rooms , substantial ( continental) breakfast and wonderful roof terrace and you have a gem . It's like your home away from home with prosecco on the roof as the perfect end to your day . The staff went out of their way to help and came up with wonderful dinner and gelato recommendations . As well as organizing an early breakfast ( we had an early flight ) and a porter to help with our suitcases. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We recently spent two weeks in Italy and Spain and this was probably my favorite accommodations. It was a little bit hard to find the entrance (mostly because I didn't follow the very careful directions), and we ended up carrying our too heavy bags up the stairs, but the service was great, the location ideal, and the patio on the top floor was spectacular! There was cold prosecco waiting for us every afternoon when we needed a little break, and it was fun to visit with the other travelers in the hotel. The staff was accommodating and made good recommendations, and the square where the Settimo is located is charming with good restaurants close by. I would book again!

I research my stays a lot and happy to come across Settimo Cielo. So it's basically 3 B&Bs in one and the entrance was tricky. After traveling from the US, we were walking around trying to find the entrance for a good 20 minutes and locals kept telling us different directions. Although the address is in front of the church, and that is where you stay, it is NOT where you check in - the ENTRANCE is up a few steps around the corner on Calle Pestrin and red awning just says HOTEL. I believe it says Hotel Fiorita and if you look up Locando Fiorita, THAT IS YOUR ENTRANCE to all 3 B&Bs - Settimo Cielo, Bloom and Hotel Florita. I wish I knew that before. IT was very clean, nice toiletries, refreshing rain shower, and unlimited prosecco!!! We actaully shared a bottle with a nice couple from France once getting settled. This place is a GREAT location. You are truly in the middle of everything you need and will want to see. For the price, you can't beat it! The managers were very nice and helpful, especially since our luggage didn't make it. Breakfast included was simple and perfect to get the day started. We really appreciated it. Thankfully we didn't have our large check in bag though because there was no elevator in building and rooms on 2-4 floors, just fyi! Overall, great stay, would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Venice!:)

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights last week as part of our honeymoon trip - our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! The property is thoughtfully decorated and looks traditional but modern at the same time. The rooms are busy in keeping with the theme and have everything you could need (there is no kettle but that didn't bother us as there's a coffee place just next door!). The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious and the wallpaper and headboard in the bedroom are lovely! We found the property completely hassle free after receiving excellent instructions from the front desk when we made our direct reservation. We were welcomed by a lovely Englishman with a map of Venice and had a complimentary bottle of prosecco in our fridge - there was no rush to fill in our details etc he just wanted us to enjoy ourselves! We popped the bubbles and on his advice went straight up to the roof top bar which features more complimentary prosecco! The view is beautiful - especially at sunset! After booking this property I also found it on an article covering best roof top bars in Italy so was delighted when our expectations were met! Breakfast is served on each floor and has lots of offer. Overall the hotel looks brand new and is well maintained and very clean. The service is excellent and the location is perfect! 7 mins walk to St Marks, 3 mins walk to the Grand Canal and 10 mins to the Rialto. Restaurants and shops are everywhere! It was handy bein next to St Stephens church as it gave us a marker to remember when finding our way back. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future! Thank you!
