Nice and friendly staff. Clean and large rooms. Large restroom. Bed was hard and pillow. The AC was cool and comfortable . The breakfast was plentiful, some of everything. There was a large seating area inside and outside on the patio.

Everything in Venice is beautiful, even the scruffy bits. This hotel has lovely interior and exterior. Very nice courtyard for breakfast (except for the pigeons). Staff went out of their way to give advice and directions.
