We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was extremely nice, the receptionist offered us a room with a balcony. We really appreciated that. The rooms are a bit small but cosy, the bathroom is modern and clean. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, there's also a possibility to eat outside at a small terrace. The hotel also has a private parking. Just a note - This hotel is located in the industrial zone, so it's not near the city centre. Also I will point out just one thing that can be improved at this hotel - the mattresses are not that comfortable, so I would advise the owner to maybe get better ones. Otherwise a really nice little hotel.

Amazing staff; so helpful. Very good quality/price ratio. Nice rooms. The breakfast is tasty but needs more choices. It is a bit of a walk into the centre, but busses are close by. Overall, highly recommend.

This small hotel is situated well outside Padua. I chose it because it has parking. We had a large comfortable room with a good sized bathroom. The walls are thin. Breakfast is adequate and we got eggs on our last morning. The coffee machine is free to use throughout the day and there was free water in the room fridge. The owner and staff are very helpful. The bus goes from the end of the road and tickets can be bought on the bus. However the last bus is at 20.30 hours and the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. We decided to eat across the canal and walk home one night. However I would not recommend it as one has to cross the bridge which has no footpath. Overall the hotel is a pleasant one and good value. One needs to factor in taxi costs if you wish to stay in town after 20.30c
