We had an amazing ski break, hotel was great for a large party (we were 14), great organisation, superb ski guide/instructors, delicious food both at the hotel and on the mountain. Perfect skiing conditions wall to wall sunshine and newly fallen snow. Hotel staff were enthusiastic and friendly, Rooms are clean and comfortable but would benefit from a little redecoration...

This is my 2nd trip to Cervinia. As I went about 4 years ago. I had a wonderful room although it was a bit of a treck to get to, but the maid service was clean & efficent. The staff at the resort were excellent very friendly and approachable. The Mojitos from the bar staff espcially Francessco we're to die...

first time with club med and very impressed ( and surprised!) Patrick was a great ski guide and technical teacher. Food great ( I am veggie) as lots of ability to choose what i wanted to eat. Skiing fabulous and would definitely return. The actual hotel could probably do with a lick of paint but didn't detract from the experience....

Club Med Cervinia has to be the friendliest and has the most superb food. It Caters for all tastes and with two new young innovative chefs they really outdo themselves. The Hotel on the whole needs a refurbish as it is looking a little "tired".The ski instructors are always happy and helpful and judging by all the children's happy smiley...

The concept of Club Med is to give you a worry free skiing experience. How do they do this? From getting off at the airport, to the hotel, to the paste, they offer you a trouble free all inclusive package. The food, instruction, equipment and staff cannot be faulted. It is exceptional value for money. The rooms maybe a bit...

You could be put off this holiday by reading some of the reports on Trip Advisor - but don't be. This was our first Club Med holiday and I would say it is the best ski holiday we have ever had and we've had plenty. Ski holidays are always helped by the conditions and we had a full week of...

Slight case of shock on arrival.....all pushed into gaudy little theatre where instructions and drinkies were thrown at you....rather awful smell in there too...after one of the longest treks ever to the room....we had a suite ...so very big ...lovely and clean ...great bed...but crumbling plaster work and mould in the bathrooms...there were two...rather spoilt it.......then the good news.....the fastest...

First of all the hotel is very old that definitely needs a renovation. The rooms doesn't deserve more than 3,5 stars. The location is not bad. you can ski in but no ski out. The club has a frequent shuttle service to main lift and to the town center. The check in process is perfect and the ski room is...

The hotel is very "tired" considering it has a 4 trident rating. It looks a good 20 years out of date and many of the facilities are showing age - cracked sink, broken shower door, very poor lighting etc. The bedding is also appalling (especially the pillows). On the plus side, the ski instructors are fabulous. Just wish they could...
