The hotel is visibly old and historic. It is outdated and smells very musty from lack of updating. No parking available, except with a separate reservation in advance for the parking. Parking is 18Euros per night, or free parking at the train station about 400 meters walk. Nice and friendly staff, but feels old and cold. One colleague travelling with... More

I stayed only one night at the Bellevue but wish I'd had time to stay longer. It's a lovely grand hotel with quiet comfortable rooms and lots of character. The railway station is only a short walk away, and the centre of town is quite close. Breakfast was really excellent, and the service was great. All the staff, at reception... More

It is a typical grand hotel with a tradition, carrying and polite staff and beautiful breakfast. The location is great and they also sent my forgotten ID back across countries saving me a lot of time.

The staff is very friendly but the style of the hotel is not our favorite: red carpet on stairs and corridors, chandeliers and no air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was OK. We prefer the neighboring more modern City Hotel where we also spent a night.

Very friendly staff/personal at receiption as well as breakfast. We only stayed for one night (stop over). Good location as all in walking distance. If you can try to get room(s) to the backyard due to noisy street in front of the hotel. Free public parking in walking distance.

The service was very good and the personel very polite. The double-bed room was comfy and cozy with a nice big bathroom. The only thing that could be modified was the bad picture of Marylin Monroe and the red carpet that was all over the hotel. Lastly the breakfast was ok with many choices such as fresh fruits and juices,... More

A beautiful Art Nouveau hotel right at the train station of Merano. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff! There are about 10 minutes from the center of Merano, when you walk comfortably. The breakfast is varied, fresh fruits, good cheeses, meats, fruit juices and delicious cappuccino. We have already booked 2 nights in August 2016

Nice hotel suits. If you like old fashioned palace style this is a nice entry hall to visit. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Shower was good with enough pressure to feel cleansed ;) I only ate breakfast which had a large enough selection of fruits and bread plus the usual liquids. Very helpful and friendly staff. I... I read some reviews and i am a little surprised: yes it is an old building, yes it could maybe do with a little upgrade. However: it is in a very central location, off street parking, very large rooms, clean, very friendly polite and helpful service 24/7. Breakfast was good and apleanty. The price was good keeping jn mind we... More

Nice and well maintained hotel in the style of the past times glamour. Exceptionally helpful staff, convenient car parking, a little bit shabby rooms, spacious but do need renovation and refurbishment.
