Absolutely fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located, with easy walking distance to all attractions. The rooms are calm, elegant and comfortable. The staff are incredible with special note to Lore Love on Reception. She went above and beyond trying to help us book a wine tasting experience. Gabriele on the bar was so efficient and made me the very best expresso martini with a special twist. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room with huge choice of buffet. What a wonderful hotel, that's very well situated for restaurants and some major tourist attractions. We received an upgrade upon our arrival, which meant the room was huge and beautifully furnished. We had a minibar filled with soft drinks including bottled water. We could drink what we wanted free of charge . All the staff are so very helpful and friendly. At the reception they all spoke very good English. The breakfast was very good and they even had a good selection for Gluten Free clients. The sky bar is beautiful and a must for a view of the city.

The hotel was lovely, cosy bar, well appointed rooms, great buffet breakfast. Conveniently located for the station. Staff were very helpful and informative and made great recommendations for eating out. We would certainly return.

Looks like the cat is out of the bag. The secret is out. This is an excellent hotel. Big clean rooms. We even had a walk in closet! Marble bathroom with a Juliet balcony. The most amazing buffet breakfast in the most amazing breakfast room. Excellent staff. Awesome location, across from the train station (on the nicer side of the station).

We stayed for 4 nights in Turin Palace and everything was a joy. It is just across from the main train station and close to tourist attractions , all within walking distance. The hotel was immaculate from entry to the bedroom. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and fresh pastries each morning. The bedroom was spacious and spotless clean. The bar was small but fulfilled my request in advance of my favourite drink which they had ready for us. Gabriel , Sara and Lucca were champions of their role and ensured all guests were looked after to the highest standard. In fact all of the staff were on the same calibre but those three stood out for me. It is my pleasure to congratulate your hotel in sourcing such a high standard of staff and for the efficient way the hotel operates. I will most certainly be back in the future…

Hotel and all staff are excellent. Walking distance from all points of interest in the city center. Valet parking very convenient. Only suggestion is about the limited choice of meals at the restaurant.

Great place to stay in Turin - close to main touristic place, really nice rooms with great beds and soundproof windows, helpful staff. The spa is small and cosy but really great to visit after walking a lot. Delicious breakfast with variety of choices. Definitely recommended!

The Turin Palace is a luxury hotel right in the heart of Turin, just accross from the main train station. The staff at check in and throughout hotel are helpful and charming. It's cool colours and tasteful decor are reflected everywhere including the rooms. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice and attentive staff. There is a spa, which I didn't personally use but my friend said was excellent. From it's location you can easily walk to most of the great attractions that Turin has to offer and it's also very convenient for the best restaurants and bars in the city.
