We had a great experience in Hotel Smeraldo. Receptionists Ana, Ramona and Federico were really friendly and helpful. The place was perfectly situated near the Metro, a less than 200 meter walk. They welcomed as warmly and showed our big spacious room. We arrived late so they suggested good open places to eat at. In the morning, we had a...

We need hotel for one-two nights, not expensive, but clean and comfortable! And we find this hotel. Stuff very helpful, metro station is about 30 meters. It's not far from the site center, about 5 station (10-12min). Si-if signal - very good Minus- there is very bad noise insulation

Really enjoyed a week-long stay here. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, breakfast was lovely with staff very happy to make you as many fresh cappuccinos as you like, family room was spacious and the wifi excellent. Great location, next to a metro station but within easy walking distance restaurants, gelateria shops and Lingotto shopping centre. Would definitely return, good...

Nice place, clean, staff very helpful. Rooms were spacious. Our only problem was that the room did not have a shower but a Jacuzzi tub. Very difficult to get in and out of. Will ask for a shower room the next time we stay there. Breakfast quite good.

Nice hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff, conveniently located (metro 30 meters from door & bus), Eataly Torino is a 15 minute walk for great food, nice breakfast - staff makes Expresso, Cappuccino, Latte on request, fresh fruit... Great value - less costly than most other well rated hotels. Although a bit distant from center - I was at a...

Just back from a week in Turin, and as someone else said, being at The Smeraldo made the stay perfect. Brilliant, friendly service from the informative Ramona and staff. Good, comfortable, clean rooms with little balconies, good wifi & air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent (those fresh capoccinos are perfect!) and the cost-effeftiveness is unbelievable. Even the mini bar is...

I truly enjoyed my time in Turin and Hotel Smeraldo is a big part of it. The location is excellent, a few steps from Carducci metro station and very safe. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the kind staff at the reception with a warm smile. They provide a useful map of Turin and if you need...

This is a 3-star hotel in a good location, although it is not near the city centre, but in the Lingotto neighbourhood. It has a decent sized room with a/c, minibar, etc. The noise from the street didn't really bother me. The best part is the cost/benefit ratio! There is very limited parking, but it is very close if you...
