The location is very practical. just one stop from porta nuova station. the rooms are quite old and not very clean. there was a lot of dust in my room. the hotel personal is kind but quite slow and it took ages at the reception for an invoice. breakfast is quite good with a big choice. if you stay only... Good location to explore the city. Room was clean but the bed horrible. Breakfast ok, parking place 16 Euros per day. Decoration remembers the 70'ies. Finally nothing special and a bit expensive for what it is.

The hotel is 20 minutes walking (or 2 metro stops - 5 minutes) from city center, on the main street Vittorio Emanuele, easy accessible from the airport or railway station. There is a small supermarket near the hotel and a very nice coffee shop very close. The room is large, but it really need to be refurbished. The furniture, carpet... More

I have stayed in Business hotels in Italy before and I got to say this probably ranks as the poorist. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was small and the desk and chairs were falling apart. Not exactly a four star, the only positive was that it was close to the centre and the staff were fine and did try... More

Appears that this NH hotel has yet to have a NH make over, so it looks a little dated. Well located, with a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Staff were attentive, where several requests were dealt with, including the use of a safe deposit box where rooms do not have them installed. The hotel has secure under ground... More

It's one of the NH I liked best. Good location, close to the city center. Very large, bright, clean and cozy room. Attention to details, nice staff, good breakfast. What I disliked was that there was no free internet access in the room (only 30 min for free in the lobby, then 6 Euro/hour up in your room). I find... More

This is a standard businessy hotel; expansive brass, mahogany and marble reception area with competent staff. The same ambiance continues into the comfortable breakfast room, could be any 4 star hotel hotel ( anywhere), with a decent breakfast and efficient waiting staff. The bedroom (we asked for a quiet one and it was quiet) was businessy also, scrupulously clean, nicely... More

I have stayed in Torino about six weeks this year (2008) in a variety of hotels. You can go to my username and see the others if you like. I stayed in this hotel recently for about 4-5 days as the others were full (why is it getting so hard to get a room in Torino?) There are two Jolly... More

Catching up on posting some reviews for older hotel stays. Stayed at this property whilst on business in January 2004. Rooms were clean and bright albeit not very large in size. As I was in a single it was no problem but I would surely feel a bit cramped with two people in the room. Staff was accommodating and breakfast... More
