Lush beds, quite, helpful staff and convenience for further travel. lovely nights sleep. Changed rooms on our return trip as room was in front rather than overlooking gardens and very cramped for a family of four. Paid an extra 30 euros for a smaller size room than on our first leg of our journey from southern Italy. Highly recommended for...

Room was big with a nice balcony that looked into a courtyard of residences. Room was clean, but this building and interiors are straight out of the 60s. It was not bad just not modern if that is what you want. Breakfast was very good. Parking was quite easy out front on street. Meters. We only stayed one night en...

We stayed there for just one night, on our way back from a ski resort. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Location is good, just 5-10 minutes walking to city center. Direct bus to/from the airport. Great Gelateria just around the corner.

We chose this hotel as an overnight stay on our train journey from Paris to Florence because of its proximity to the Porta Susa station, and were not expecting anything much. So it was indeed a lovely surprise to find a large, quiet bedroom and a splendid bathroom. Wonderfully comfortable beds (a double and a single) in a twin room...

We spent one night in the hotel on the way to Paris. Room was huge. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent, huge size. Staff were friendly and assisted with any queries. Breakfast was included and was sufficient. Location for the train was excellent. Gelato next door was great!

Easy to find and a very short walk from the train station. Our room was big and the bathroom nice. The staff answered all of our questions and recommended a very good restaurant to eat at. The breakfast was great so make sure you do not miss it. We stayed one night and thought it was a very good value.

We caught the train from Paris to Porta Susa in Turin so arrived about 8.30pm. The hotel was very close to the station on a non-descript and busy road. However the inside was an Art Deco oasis with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was huge with a gorgeous view onto a courtyard. The bathroom was glamourous and beautifully kitted...

This hotel is right on top of Porta Susa station, perfect if you are arriving by train. There is also a bus station across the street that has departures to Malpensa airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. We stayed in a double and a quadruple and it was the best possible value for a large party. Coffee shop...

We stayed for 6 nights in late June. We were really happy with the room at first because we had just come from Paris where hotel rooms are very small. The room had a garden view, was spacious and clean. But when it got hot and the air-conditioning kept switching off automatically it got frustrating. Apparently they switch of the...

We stayed at the Hotel Residence for one night - a Thursday. It's right to next to Porta Susa railway station. There are four exits from the station. Look for exit "D" leading to Corso Inghiterra (the road the hotel is on) and when you arrive at the top of the steps (or escalator) you will be a few yards...
