La Violina remains our favorite spot in the Piemonte region. coming back after 4 years for a family quite weekend - we were so happy to find the place well maintained - top of the class, warm hospitality and a great friendly welcome. dinner was excellent too. feels like home. thank you Patrizia and Alex for keeping the high standards and the personal touch. until next time, ciao

Very well maintained and managed. Lovely people, warm and friendly. Beautiful setting; fabulous food and wine. I do not want to make any criticism about this place but I would suggest installation of air conditioning at least as an option

If we have chosen this place between tons of nice ones for one of our most important days of our life there must be a reason... actually there are several! Here we are: - Patrizia, is an amazing woman with the sun in her eyes. She has made everythign simple since the first moment. If you are planning a wedding you are really stressed and she has always helped us making everything simple and perfect! She s a great wedding planner! - Alessandro: beyond being so nice, we'll always remeber him as the one who brought Stefy to the church! Still thank you so much! - Lello: No problems, just solutions! He's the man everybody would like to have in their restaurants Thanks to the chef and all the waiters for their kindness and professionality! The place is stunning; amazing view and tasty food! We can't complain of anything but just suggest you all to visit and enjoy this amazing place. Rooms are elegant and trendy. The following day we have relaxed ourselves at the swimming pool and now we can't wait to go there again.

My wife and I recently stayed here with our son and niece. Lelo, Patrizia and the other staff made us feel extremely welcome - taking care of everything we needed, putting out fresh breakfast in the mornings for us and helping make our stay enjoyable. I especially enjoyed our breakfast and lunch - made with the food picked that day from the Inn's gardens - outside with the view of nearby Mombarone. Breakfast was what we asked for, Italian style; fresh breads and pastries, a selection of meats and cheeses, and fresh fruits along with espresso and a tea service for my son. The rooms are what you would expect in a nice traditional Italian farmhouse inn - plenty of space and antique furnishings and finishes. In addition to the numerous spots on the grounds laid out for relaxing, they have a clean pool area, a tennis court, a comfortable indoor living room, and an informal card room with a large pool table. We did miss the lack of Wifi and the nearest cafes and other restaurants are outside an easy walking range, but the remote hill top location with its views of the nearby orchards and groves makes for a relaxing experience between sightseeing trips. And, Asti, with its shopping districts and other attractions was really only a fifteen minute drive.

We stayed there for two nights. On the positive side, it is a nice property, well maintained, with a nice view, nice facilities (swimming pool, tennis) and their staff are helpful. On the negative side: the interior design is very heavy and pretentious(cluttered with antics), bedding is quite hard, room can be very hot and are difficult to ventilate in the Italian summer, loads of mosquitoes in the evening outside, and the breakfast consists of biscuits and (stale) bread. The restaurant is nothing special.
