We booked this hotel, received confirmation but on arrival it was closed for renovation...except they did not tell us. As a result it caused us a lot of issues finding alternative accomodation. We think this was poor management. We would have understood if they had told us, but to say nothing was unfair.

Stood up by the hotel with no notice! We had a booking done on the famous booking website with the same name Landed in Italy today, drove a couple of hours and here we are in front of the hotel, happy for our holiday to start.. but.. no door is open.. and no one responds at the phone listed on the website.. We circled the hotel with our heavy bags until a neighbour informs us that the hotel has been closed for 2 months now.. Really? The hotel gave us NO notification that it is closed and our reservation will not be honoured. Very poor attitude, to find out from a neighbor that the 4* hotel booked is not operating. We had to make new accommodation arrangements on the spot.

nice rooms a bit off from the noisy streets, but still in 10 minutes walking distance. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was good, although no eggs. It has a public parking 100m away from the hotel which is very helpful.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were large, ours had an interesting balcony, and it was located close to the attractions and best part of the city, while being out of the way enough to not be too loud or busy. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, and made an effort to make sure we understood everything despite a slight language barrier.

Great hotel, handy location, friendly staff and absolutely beautiful rooms! Large rooms with super facilities! Our room had large bedroom with flatscreen TV, bathroom good size, a kitchen area and living room with balcony. Free sparkling wine on arrival. Parking for our bike in the terrace so safe. Really amazing and would definitely stay again!
