Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My only problem in my stay in this hostel was that there are roommates who were very inconsiderate. I felt that as if they didn't care that there is another Person in the room. Just for example, Packing out their stuffs in the night when You are already sleeping- noise of plastic bags and zippers, Doors that Open and Close. Why couldn't they be careful Not to make Noise. My first night was terrible. Next night was okey. Third night was still okay but the fourth night was worst. I came in the evening from tiring day, the room door was opened. Before that I saw a guy came out. I closed the door. Somebody Knocked the door because he can't Open it. I said where's your Key. He said He is a friend of One of my roommates. But I didnt let him come in. I said to com if he wants to Talk to bis Friend then he Has to do it somewhere Else. I do not know the rules of the hostel but what I said was Logical. When i was lying on my bed there were other People passing by. My bed is near the door. There are roommates who do Not Care to Close the door. In the night i have rise up to Open the door for a roommate. Some of them were drunk. They came in and out and left the door open. They were drinking inside the room. O did not day anything. I just keep silent and waited until it is morning. I only Need a Place to Sleep and wash and nothing Else. The place is Clean. Bedsheets are Clean and my bed was comfortable. I do Not know if they have rules regarding Noise and privacy. The Location of the Hostel was also okay. I took the Tram going to other places in the City. I still recommend this hostel even if I have Problem with my roommates. I was Not maybe Lucky that Time. You have to put on the beddings yourself. You pay 2 Euro per day for Tax.

I have stayed in the hostel for 2 nights in February 2018. I can say that even though the prices are not super expensive, still there is a room for improvement. As the breakfast is charged separately from the bill for room rental. Which is quite confusing. And there's also a fee for late check-out, which is rather early before 10:00 a.m. each day. I would suggest the staff to notify customers about their conditions well in advance.

Siamo arrivati in famiglia. I ragazzi della reception sono poco educati e per niente cortesi. La pulizia della stanza era terribile! Inguardabile. La doccia era sporca, peli e zanzare da per tutto. Non ci tornerei. Lo sconsiglio. We went to this "do It by yourself" hostel and stayed for 1 night. The receptionist were rude and did not give us information in regards the city, metro station, etc. The bath was a mess, so dirty and disgusting. We Will never come back again.

was a good place but next to the hotel there is an elementary school so you can imagine by mornings its impossible to sleep. There some guests that i think they are living there because they have lot of food anywhere in the room like oil and other stuffs. there is a subway station like 10-12 minutes walking, lot opf restaurants, bars, coffee shops and places to eat around there.,

The good: very friendly staff, helpful on arrival. No judgement for my poor Italian (or just non existing Italian!). Nice big lockers to store your stuff, with keys already provided for them. The not so good: The beds are a bit on the small side - I’m 5’9 / 175cm and it just fitted me from head to toe. If you’re taller perhaps a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was ...ok, not dirty but not the cleanest either. The main thing though was the bedroom was like a sauna. I don’t mind not having air con - but I swear it was hotter than outside in there. I did stay in August, in summer on a hot couple of days - but there was no air/breeze or anything... It was ok, I wouldn’t mind staying again, but I’d maybe also check other options.

There is NO ac in the rooms (as advertised) and everything except sheets are an extra charge. Older guy is nice younger guy claims the coffee machine is broke with dirty cups around it....forcing the vending machine upon guests. And he's rude. Takes almost 30 euro to get there from the bus station and is in a dull part of town. Room and toilet is clean, thats about it. Go somewhere else if you have the extra cash.

Great location. Right next to the Pisola subway station (2 minutes) that will take you to the main center within minutes. Or a 30 minute walk! up to you. Near a university so there are supermarkets around as well as a campus to go and explore! Good restaurant 5 minutes away from it too! Clean. SPACIOUS! I didn't feel too cramped, although the beds are a bit small. Didn't feel claustrophobic though. There are a lot of places to just relax and hang out in too so you don't necessarily need to stay in the room. Just awkward because no place to really change.

Stayed in four bed room which was clean and comfortable. The location was handy to get to the main attractions via metro which was a 2 min walk away. The guy on reception during the day was lovely and did't judge my lack of Italian. This was a great hostel for a short solo trip to Milan.

Stayed in a twin room with an ensuit - room was clean and had AC. The gentleman on the desk (Alessandro) was very informative, he suggest places to eat as well as parks to go to enjoy the sunshine. I would highly recommend staying in this hostel, very central and friendly staff.
