We stayed four night at the hotel with my wife on a holiday. We had a deluxe room which was very good with a living room, bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom had a whirlpool. The breakfast was included in the room rate.
At first we found our room in our room. Four-seater family deluxe room. The room we gave was slipping from what was posted on their website ... It was dark, antique style and smiled ... Therefore, we demanded a change. The new room met expectations,...More

We took the Malpensa Shuttle Bus outside of Terminal 2. It drops you off at the train station in Milan. From there the metro is one block away and we bought a 3 day metro pass inside the metro station at a tobacco shop to avoid the long queue at the ticket machines. If I recall the price of the Shuttle Bus ticket was 10€ one way and 16€ for a round trip ticket back to the airport. From the Metro Station it's just a short ride on the "3" line to Crocetta station, very near the hotel. But with five people it may pay to invest in a taxi van to take you right to the hotel, as Jimbo 1909 says.
