Most of my travels to Europe include stays at Bed and Breakfasts. This B&B was one of the most enjoyable 3 nights. The room itself (Red Room) was very clean and well equipped. The inn had a very nice dining area and large outdoor space. It is located on a bus line/subway that makes for an easy trip to downtown Milan. But what makes this place so special is Norma, Giampalo and their family. We enjoyed several dinners at the inn. They made you feel like you were part of their family, not just guests in the inn. Great food, great music and wonderful conversation filled the dining hall for several hours each night. It was an experience that we will never forget. Thank you.
Staying at B&B Atmosfera di Stagione was a great experience that I would like to have it again. Norma, Giampaolo and their family made our stay very comfortable, always up for interesting conversations and sharing everytime laughs and smiles between each other. I strongly recommend the B&B for the hosts, their beautiful house and garden, and all the beautiful atmosphere that they bring together. A big hug to Norma and Giampaolo, I can't wait to have the opportunity to come back to your B&B. Alexandra
We stayed at this magnificent bed and breakfast with two other families and we couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful time we had. The owner Norma is a delight always caring and had the best breakfast ready for us in the morning before we started our day of adventure. We were all very happy with our stay and 100% recommend you stay at this magnificent gem in Milan.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at the B and B in early June. Our flight was delayed and we had been texting Norma, the owner, to keep her up to date as to our arrival. Communication was always very prompt, whether it was via email as we were planning our trip, or with text messaging when we were in Milan. Her husband, Giampaolo, would be picking us up at the airport, eliminating the need to hire a private car. He was waiting for us after we gathered our luggage and we travelled to the B and B in their van. The location is in a country setting and is more than just the B and B. The family lives on the grounds, but not in the B and B. Everything is nicely maintained. There are several dogs, but they are all well behaved and did not enter the B and B. It’s a comfortable family environment. We were met by Norma, who greeted us warmly. There were the occasional language issues, since we don’t speak any Italian. However, Google translator did the trick for each of us. We had several entertaining moments communicating and that added to the enjoyment of our visit. Giulia, their oldest daughter, spoke very good English and acted as a translator as needed. Norma, Giampaolo and their family couldn’t have been any nicer or more hospitable. They really went the extra mile. Since we arrived late and jet lagged, Norma made us something light to eat. Breakfast each day in the large country kitchen was always more than we could eat and always ready to meet our schedule. There is a bus that stops right outside the B and B and the local Metro station at Bisceglie makes for an easy trip into Milan. On a few occasions, Norma and Giampaolo were kind enough to drop us at the Metro station. We also used a taxi from the B and B to get into the city. The house itself is initially deceiving. Once settled in, we noticed how well-appointed things were. Many antiques throughout really add a home like atmosphere. We stayed in the Green Room and were very comfortable. The bathrooms are all very modern and well designed. The air conditioning worked well as we were there during unseasonal heat. There was also a balcony that opened to the courtyard area. The entire location was very quiet. A final example of excellent customer service actually occurred after we left. We were traveling by train from Milan to Venice and then to Rome and didn’t want to carry all of our luggage with us, so we planned to ship it via Express Courier to our location in Rome. Since we were leaving on a Saturday, and the shipper was closed, Giampaolo offered to take the luggage on Monday to have it shipped. He even wrapped it in plastic for protection and it arrived safely two days later in Rome. Definitely went above and beyond. We left Norma and Giampaolo with warm hugs and fond memories. We would definitely stay here again.…
We (myself, wife and 7 years old son) spent 2 nights at the B&B from October 9th to 11th 2018 and it was the best option we could take and it was my 8th time in Milan. The house is so friendly and the hosts, Norma and Gianpaolo are amazing people!!! The room was spotless, cozy and warm and the breakfast unforgettable! We had a rented car, but moving from the very close station (Bisceglie) to the Milan Downtown was very comfortable and cheap. For us it was a life time experience, to dive into a real Italian family and been so well welcomed... Please take it as your first option in Milan!!! BTW... We will spend two more nights in the B&B when we come back from our Tuscany holidays in two weeks.
