Yet another wonderful stay with Rita and Emanuele!! A warm lovely place to stay out of the madness of the centre of Milan. This is a great base to explore this wonderful city from. Easy to get into the very centre of Milan via the metro. Only a ten minute trip. Our hosts were as ever helpful, inviting and fun.... More

"Bed and Cafe" is basically an apartment with 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom), common living room and kitchen, where you have a breakfast in the morning. It is located on the 4th floor (American), but has tiny elevator which is very useful. Owners live in the adjacent apartment and available if you need them. You can feel... More

Completely charming. The decor was retro-modern, chic, very tasteful. The bed linens and modern slate shower were treats after a day of travel. And the continental breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented. (like a picture from a style magazine.) The owners were warm, but not intrusive. And they took the time to explain the metro system and to give us... More

We loved the big comfy beds, large rooms, great rain shower with plenty of hot water, homemade bread and market fresh fruit at breakfast with excellent expresso coffee and lovely quiet music in the lounge. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, generous with their time and gave good recommendations re what to see and do (check out the canals in... More

From the second we arrived, I was overwhelmed by the wonderful and friendly staff and the beautiful place "Bed&Cafe". Our room was bright and sparkling clean with beautiful furniture, a rainforest shower and a very good bed. The owners took their time to give us tailored information about restaurants im Milano - and even the recommendations were perfect! Breakfast with... More

Great location (residential area), good size room, nice and clean, very good breakfast and great owners. Nice and quiet. Two blocks to the Metro (Subway) station or the tram. Does have an elevator which helps a lot if you have heavy bags. One thing I have to complain about - the Wi-Fi. The signal is very weak, almost non-existing in... More

Starts with the hosts Rita & Emmanuele and their warmth and friendliness....Plus, the location is fantastic. Excellent bed and unbelievably quiet bedrooms despite the location being in prime city. Also loved the leg space in the bedrooms....much better than most 4 and 5 star hotels in Milan and for much less price. Very nice breakfast. Last but not the least,... More

We found this wonderful place from a trip advisor review, and what a good review it turned out to be. This was a long weekend in Milan and we wanted somewhere quiet and personal away from the noise of central Milan hotels. The B&B is located behind an inconspicuous door and up an elevator to a floor with only 3... More

Nice place, if you prefer this neighborhood with free (but slow WiFi) and very nice home-made Italian pastry style breakfast included. Metro is five-ten minutes walk. Hard to find the entrance (see my photos attached) as there is no sign of the hotel. The inside everything is well-kept and rooms are clean. Walls are thin. Best choice for short shopping... More

I must admit that I was slightly unimpressed when my wife told me, we were spending the first night of our honeymoon in a "B&B" and even more so after a frantic introduction to the Milanese way of driving en route from the airport. However, any doubts or aspersions were soon cast aside when the door of the private elevator... More
