We were in Milan to see the opera at La Scala - and happy to report that The Park Hyatt is still our favourite hotel - anywhere. From the moment we were dropped off to the farewell the service was superb , doormen , reception , concierge , breakfast , housekeeping , the bar - everyone! This hotel is perfectly placed right in the middle of town , beautifully appointed and runs like clockwork - we had no issues whatsoever and can't wait to go back in September when we are in town for the Grand Prix at Monza.

- Have stayed at all the top 10 luxury hotels in Milan - PH Milan the best among them due to location, new renovation, overall quality across the board - Giulia, the Front Officer Manager, deserves exceptional recognition for authenticity, leadership, and really going out of the way to make the stay feel like home. - Staff quite friendly with great attitude, smiles, and helpfulness - Concierge team really tries hard - special thanks to Lacri in particular, who converted a difficult situation due to her helpful nature - Atif and Davide of the breakfast/IRD team are really kind and serving from the heart, can feel it. - Food at La Cupola exceeded expectation - Overall, the service is top, the location is the best in Milan (right next to Galleria), and couldn't ask for more. - The only area of improvement is to improve their electronic key system, especially in relation to the spa area. - Would be great if they added a few things in the gym, like a pull up bar, some other basic equipment that can make it work all-around…

I had a booking for Park Hyatt Milan this upcoming July, and we were very much looking forward to the stay. Unfortunately, Park Hyatt Milan cancelled the reservation due to some renovation project, which should have been known at the time we had made our booking.

What a fabulous hotel. The staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Wish I could give them all more than 5 stars. Thank you to the entire concierge staff, especially Jack and Ryoto. They go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. (FYI, many sites are closed Mondays). The decor and food are amazing. Perfect location in the heart of Milan!

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Very handy by cab to the main station and other sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - the rooms were always clean and well maintained. I enjoy my trips to Milan as this hotel has everything you need.

The hotel completed its renovation and is brightly lit with new furniture. Very comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly, as usual, and attentive. The breakfast has a good selection and is comfortable to sit and relax after the sumptuous meal. We had dinner at the coffee shop twice and it was good as we recover from jet lag.

A delightful and immaculate hotel in the centre of Milan. Excellent service and amenities. The breakfast service was excellent as was the fitness centre and day spa facilities. The shopping boutiques at your doorstep. I will be back.
