My room was nice and clean. There was a nice balcony, quite rare for a city as Milan. This was the only positve point of this stay. The beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable , the staff was rude and the breakfast was poor.

It was close to the cental railway station and close to a station of Milan Metro. Although the room didn' t have a balcony, but only a window, it was excellant, with new furniture and very clean. However, the breakfast was a typical one. Nothing special.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Spacious and recently renovated bathroom. Good location, close to Pasteur and Rovereto subway stations (5-10 min walk). Very good wifi. On the downside, the neighborhood was not great, staff was not so friendly, nor speaking English. Breakfast was basic. Overall, very good option for a budget stay in Milan.

The room was spotlessly clean and everything looked just as it was shown in the pictures. I spent there two nights with my friends. We had nothing to complain about. What's more, if we had't been given a helpful hand by the owner, we would definitely have missed our flight. When it came to the payment, it turned out that...

On the plus side - reasonably good breakfast; helpful and courteous staff. Next to tram stop, 7 min walk from Pasteur metro station, 15 min walk from Milan Central, 5 min walk from Simply supermarket, 15 min from Buenos Aires shopping area. Working AC and free WiFi. Everything else -not so good. The area is not so good for the...

Stayed here for one night as the hotel was conveniently located for Central station (15 min walk) Rooms are very basic but well priced for the location. Breakfast was limited but food was nice and fresh. Would recommend for a stopover.

Clean, friendly and comfortable the Venini Hotel is close but not too close to the central train station in Milan. Average breakfast with above average rooms and staff we enjoyed our stay here. Of note perhaps in this wonderfully noisy and alive country that is Italy is the fact that the Venini Hotel is actually quiet at night.

... Was enough! We're an older couple (65 & 70). Our room was on the third floor, overlooking the street. The lift wasn't working, and looked as though it hadn't for some time - some of the call buttons were missing. The road outside was busy & noisy. Not a pleasant stay!

This hotel would be great if the bed had been the least bit comfortable. Hard mattress, old polyester bedspread and 2 flat hard pillows does not make for a good rest. Also, 2 twin beds pushed together does not make a comfy double, since you spend most of the night falling in the crack! Come on, time to upgrade the...

Staying in Bicocca

Neighbourhood Profile
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
