The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good. Our room was ok, but the bathroom was really small and had neither a window nor an exhaust fan. There was no kettle in the bedroom but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in...More

We didn't arrive via Bergammo Airport, we came in through Milano Linate Airport and took a taxi from there which was not expensive and quick and easy. WARNING- do not take a cab offered by the well-dressed touts at the airport. Go to the taxi rank and get one there. It is much cheaper. I presume these touts will be in force at Bergamo airport too. If you opt for public transport into the city the tram system is excellent and cheap and easy. Get off at Corso Sempione via Canova and it is an easy walk to the Lancaster.
