Recently returned from very enjoyable two night break in Milan with my 10 year old son. We mainly went to Milan for him to visit the San Siro Stadium. The hotel is well located for visting the stadium. It is quite a walk but you can hop on a bus and tram to get there if you wish. The hotel...

Had a wonderful stay for both work and pleasure at the hotel Accademia. The hotel is around a 10 minute scenic ride on the tram from the Duomo, and is facing the Portello shopping centre which has absolutely everything you want from high fashion and designer things, to more practical shops for everyday requirements. It seems that the managers concentrate...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights at the end of April with some friends. The hotel is a bit of an eyesore from the outside, rooms are modern but a little gaudy with their bright yellow walls. The room was comfortable, but could have done with more of a thorough clean for my liking. Breakfast...

Ignore the garish yellow hotel sign, once you are inside the Accademia you will find an oasis of tranquillity on the outskirts of Milan. The room we stayed in was modern, roomy, spotless and had all the amenities including dressing gowns, slippers etc. The reception area and bar were fine. The staff were extremly courteous, friendly, and provided excellent information. The only...

We stayed here due to my husband attending a conference close by. Its approx 15 minutes tram ride away from the heart of Milan and the Duomo. I probably would not have stayed here if I had a choice, as I prefer to be located close to all major attractions. However, I did thoroughly enjoy my 5 day stay at...

Me and my friends spent the greatest week end of the year in this hotel. We have been welcomed by the nicest staff I have ever met in a hotel. The hotel has apparently just been refurbished, and I would add to VERY HIGH STANDARDS! I loved everything from the service, the concierge, and least but not last at all...

We stayed in this hotel as we got a really good. From Stazione Centrale (train station) is about a 15 euro ride, but you can take the metro to the Duomo and then the 19 tram from there. The tram ride from the Duomo is about 15 mintues. On our arrival we were greated by very helpful staff who spoke...

My husband I stayed here for three nights. From entering the hotel to leaving we were given exceptional attention by the manager and staff. We mentioned that it was a wedding anniversary and we were given flowers and complimentary bottle of wine. Quick and efficient transport into Milan city centre and other areas leaves right outside the door [20 minutes...

I was looking for the cheapest hotel possible for 5 lads on a stag do, however they got such bad reviews we spent an extra £5.00 per night on the Accademia. It was well worth an extra fiver. The rooms were fine, if a little 80's with big windows and a TV and a decent sized bathroom. Location is fine...
