Nice place with clean room and bathroom. Sheets and towels were good. I left my luggage there during the day n they were willing to look after it. The only inconvenience was the lift. I managed but it was not easy. Close to the station is its main selling point.
Unfortunately, no internet during my stay. Located on the 6th floor there are stairs and one very small lift to take you up. Difficult to manage with luggage. Slightly complicated to get in and out. There are keys to the front gate and extra key pad to get in the door. The room is very basic but it is clean. Instant coffee and a water kettle is all that is provided.
Me and my husband booked and was confirmed at House Beatrice Milano for an overnight stay on March 16, 2019. We arrived by train on the date at the Milano Central station and walked to the hotel. We purposely booked it because of its proximity to the train station and its central location. But lo and behold, when we got there, we were told that they were overbooked so they would just transfer us to another hotel, apparently owned by the same owner of Hotel Beatrice. We were tired and hungry so we agreed to the transfer just to finally be able to settle in. We waited for almost an hour before our transport finally came. However, we were dropped at a totally different hotel than what we were promised, and worse, it was too far away from the train station, in seemingly middle of nowhere! My husband’s patience was wearing thin but he managed to keep his cool and agreed in the end to stay. However, when we got to our room, he didn’t like it. It was small, notwithstanding worn and tired, the bed is literally only a few steps away from the toilet. And so that was it! He went back to the reception and informed that we wouldn’t be staying anymore. He requested that at least we be taken back to the train station since we were far off. Reception went back and forth on the phone with the guy who dropped us off, and so did my husband, but nothing happened for almost an hour. We walked out of the hotel. Never again! …
Made a reservation on their website and had to cancel it later. The policy was free cancellation 48 hours before arrival and I cancelled 6 days before. Still my credit card was charged and despite efforts to get the money back there was no answer from the hotel (blaming the owner who is never to be found). Had to follow the process with my bank. Same thing happened to my wife who stayed one night few months back and was charged both on the credit card that guaranteed the reservation and by credit card upon check out.
Nice room recently renovated. Fast internet. Clean room and toiled. Towels and bedsheets all clean. Room cleaned everyday. 24h reception. Elevator. A family run hostel. Good choice next to the Milan train station. Transportation is near for the center but also you can walk.
Centrally located. 2-3 min from train stations and had around several bars and restaurants. Room looked clean, shower was ok, toiletries in the room. Room temperature adjustable. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Lift not so great. Is a family run, not sure if hostel/hotel, my room was ok. Basically is one floor apt with several rooms.
I booked through booking.com where they list themselves as pet friendly. Then one day before my arrival, they send a note that I can't bring my dog and won't refund my booking. I had to scramble to find a hotel less than 24 hours before my arrival. Poor management and false advertising. Stay away.
Very perfect location as the central train station is your next door. I suggest you to come to hotel by bus from the airport as the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Room is big, good bathroom, the small elevator will take you to the hotel which is in 6fl. Jem, the filipino staff is the best. He took care very well for us and always give the good information in very good english, anything we want just tell him then he will find out for us. One thing is the Aircon is not working well during our stay as it's summer and very hot outside so when we come back and sleep over night the aircon didnt help much in the room and still hot but we are so tired so we sleep with no concious lol. However it would be great if the hotel will bring this issue and fix it. Overall is nice and we would love to come back again. …
This mini-hotel with half-dozen rooms is located within a short walking distance from the Milano Centrale / metro station and just 50 meters away from the Malpenza Airport bus stop. This is very convenient if you are in Milan on transit. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff members are friendly and accommodating. The private bathroom is also good. The breakfast is super-basic but this is not a problem since there are several places around to get your morning “fuel”. Great value for money.
This is a very nice B&B/Hotel a short walk from Milan Central Station. The airport bus is across the street. The metro is below the station or across the road. Great range of cafes, pizza bars, sushi bars etc in the neighborhood. It is a family run business and functions well. The rooms are large and spotless as is the en-suite. Wifi works great. I found the owners welcoming and friendly. I arrived before my room was ready so they allowed me to leave my luggage and go for a wander. The day I arrived was very hot in Milan and I was overjoyed when I discovered that my room had air conditioning. Sensational. I did not expect such luxuries for the price I paid. Overall, I had a great stay and recommend this place.
