The hotel is perfect for business trips. Very convenient location just next to railway station and metro. The rooms are a bit old, however still nice and convenient. Cleaning is perfect. The wifi was perfect, which is really good luck in Italy :) The big advantage is buffee breakfast, wide range of hot and cold dishes and delicious sweets. Highly...

I was travelling all over Lombardy for business meetings and so I wanted a hotel very close to a train station with excellent connectivity to other towns in the region. This hotel certainly has that. It is literally a two minute walk to the Central train station and it's metro line. The hotel is a good four star hotel with...

The hotel is very good and the reception staff could not have been more help. I took ill from drinking the water, and they arranged for a doctor and also allowed to stay another night in the room so I could recover. We were meant to move to another smaller hotel, but they insisted I stay where I was, and...

The hotel is perfectly acceptable in terms of the accommodation facilities and excellent in terms of location as it is just 2 mins walking distance from Milan Central. I am a little puzzled at some of the reviews posted. My experience was very positive. I stayed one night on return from Torino. Check in was quicker than I have often experienced, maybe not warm and welcoming but certainly efficient. The...

The location of this hotel is definitely the best thing about it. The rooms and hotel itself are very dated however you could tell it would have been a really nice place back when it was first opened. the bed is uncomfortable. The staff were quite rude from the outset and we felt really unwelcome/out of place.

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
