Good hotel for the price. Very nice stuff, helpful and professional. Room very clean and pleasant. Pretty quite. Breakfast with plenty of choices, except for scrambled eggs and sausages. For a 4 stars hotel they could offer internet access everywhere in the hotel. They have a system with a free pass, but I don't really understand the meaning of it....

I stayed here one night. Interior looks nice. Room is pretty small. Lighting was bad. Breakfast was OK, pretty big variety. Location is OK.

The hotel foyer was elegant and staff were very polite with the exception of one female employee. The triple room we stayed in was nice and clean with air-conditioning, a TV with BBC news, and a fridge. The triple room had two balconies. WiFi was also available - the first 24 hours were free of charge. Excellent choice of foods...

I wish my secretary has seen the ratings an opinions before she booked it. The room was small as well as the tiny bed, specially for a so called 4 stars hotel, but the worst part was the bathroom, I even considered to ask the staff for a change of room but then I realized that probably the rest of...

I have been in Milano for attending a trade fair, which took place at the congress centre MIC. Due to the proximity of the Hotel Mozart to the congress centre we decided to stay there (for 5 nights). The guy at the reception was very friendly during check-in, although a little bit stressed because a Chinese tourist group just checked...

Very pleasant hotel, very clean, lovely room. Some good little restuarants close by. They do have smoking rooms... Staff were very friendly and very helpful, they seemed to be able to get taxi's rapidly. Although one can walk to the Milan Convention Centre (Fiera) Only one little niggle... Unpatriotically bad coffee.

Housekeeping was very clean and thorough. Attendants were knowledgeable concerning the Milan area. I did not like the breakfast since the meats and cheeses were old and the croissants were never labeled. The juices were labeled, however the labels were not correct. My first night experience did not go so well as the staff gave my passports away to another...

Although the hotel is not super close to the historic center, its a quick tram ride away to the metro. Also, there are some rerstaurants close by for aperitivo and dinner. Reception was nice, everyone spoke English, and did not make me feel embarassed if I misspoke in Italian... the room was modern and better than expected. There are 2...
