Modern hotel close to metro and easy walk into centre of Milan. Overlooking lovely park, views from 7th floor balcony room includes Duomo in one direction and the snow covered mountains in the other. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was light and airy, the balcony with covers and heaters was a nice touch as was the feature...

Stayed at this hotel for business and enjoyed my stay. It has a great location near the stock exchange, and right next to a large park which makes for good views. The standard rooms are on the small side, but nothing wrong with them for a business trip. The dinner in the restaurant was decent, but much better to find...

We went there on November 2015 as a couple. The room was cold. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The guy at the front desk told us that we can not control it individually. I asked them to increase the temperature centrally they told me that it is also impossible and proposed us to give extra...

The hotel itself is easy to find, very smart exterior and contemporary reception area. Simple check in. The room was perfect for our requirements - a base for the weekend. Well appointed bathroom, ample bedroom space and dressing table. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and very quiet. Half way from the main railway station and Duomo area, perfectly located next...

Very customer centric front desk. Very good location, in a quite street and with with proximity to the heart of the city. Also very convenient for Metro station and train station. Rooms recently renovated, although a bit small. Front lobby could use a spruce up.

The reception and public areas here are really quite plain and functional, with very little noticeable style. After taking the tiny lifts up to the room, the bedroom corridor seemed to be a notch above the public areas. The room was compact, but very well decorated, with interesting quotes covering one wall, contemporary dark furniture and most importantly, a large...

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment. we're sorry for mosquitos inconvenience; the hotel is in front of a huge park, that's why if you leave the window opened with lights on, probably you may meet a couple of mosquitos during the night! our breakfast buffet starts from 7 till 10, this is written on keychain, directory and explained during...

Hotel was great. Centrally located. Great service. Close to shopping and food. Room 701 with terrace and hot tub has beautiful view over Milan. Service was very nice. Heating airconditioning a bit frustrating as you get one or the other. Was too warm out and heating was on. Had to have door open and that brought in mosquitos. Not ideal...

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
