The hotel was excellent and situated in thriving Milan community. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, all the paperwork was accepted and we were booked in without any issues. The room was spacious and clean and fresh. The bedding and towels were freshly laundered. The toilet had the cleansing seal over the seat soap dispensers on wall and in shower. We booked a twin room and had a double bed and a single bed/couch which was very comfortable. The room was more like a suite we were very impressed by it. Housekeeping was carried out each day to a very high standard. The underground station is a short 5-7min walk away and we paid €13 euros each for a 3 day ticket for unlimited underground, bus and tram travel in the city. We went to the local superstore just around the corner and purchased fresh coffee and fresh bread each morning and had it in our room. We didn't use the hotel continental breakfast so can't comment on it. But did have a look and it seemed popular and well organised with lots of choice.

The best choice at the best price, close to the metro. Cleanliness, attentive staff, everything is acceptable 🥰

The cozy neighborhood is close to a large supermarket “Superstore” which is open until 10 p.m

We stayed for 4 nights, the room is cleaned every day. It is a pleasant and friendly environment

thank you from Georgia.

The hotel is very close to Aforri Centro metro station, from which you can go anywhere. The area is quiet Hotel has its own underground parking but there is also the possibility to park outside since the area is not so crowdy. The room was very big even for 4 persons. It was also clean. The breakfast had a good variety.

Very comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Fabulous shower and generally first class in all aspects . The gardens were well maintained and a perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink or two before bed.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Breakfast is fabulous with a huge selection of pastries. Bread. Assorted fresh fruits , juices and great coffee too.
Ideally situated just 5 minutes walk from a metro station which takes just 15 minutes to get to the city centre. At €2.20 a trip its fast and good value.

Stayed with family young kids 9 years old. Great hotel and location is close to the Metro, taxi to town is only 15 euro. Staff is very friendly and always want to help. From booking taxi for you to even helping you to find a tea bag. Restaurant has some good breakfast collection, staff again friendly and want to genuinely make you feel welcomed. Few things wish they could have:
1) restaurant only serves breakfast so no lunch or dinner
2) dinner room service only between 6.30 to 9.30
3) No room service
4) no english channels on the tv

But overall a great place. Definitely would recommend..

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, gym available. There is a parking for an extra 15€ per day. Metro station is very close to the hotel (400m), so you don’t have to take your car to the city center.

I arrived at the hotel at 3am due to extreme flight delays. However I had been in contact with the manager earlier to confirm my arrival. When I arrived there was nobody at the reception desk and I Was standing outside for 15 mins before I was able to find entry to the empty reception. I sat on the sofa for another 30 mins before a young man came in and told me my reservation had been cancelled and there was another hotel they had around the corner for me. He proceeded to walk me to that hotel at 4am. The hotel was horrific and I refused to stay there for the night. I ended up waiting for the manger on the reception sofa to come at 6.30 am. When he arrived, he lied about being the manager when asked, but then said he was the manager but wasn’t on duty. Later on he calmed down and helped me to get another hotel. The whole experience was horrific and nothing like if ever experienced. This is a warning to stay away from this hotel. They do not care about their customers. They showed not empathy or care for the fact they had left a young woman alone in another country. They may deny these claims because I noticed they had done this to another customer review but everything I am saying is the truth. Book this hotel at your own description, but you have been warned.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Awfully ran hotel, rooms dirty, unsanitary and unsafe. Bedroom door would not lock. Bullying tactics used by hotel staff sending 2 members of staff to check the condition of the room when I complained first and pushing past myself to see the room, which they sneered at my complaint, but funnily enough next day a private cleaning company turned up and asked for room 604 when I entered the lobby. Lied to both myself and hotels.com (also useless). Location is good due to close nature to metro but area isn’t great but they can’t help that, dirty room with mouse stain droppings. Wonder if the bully of an owner will respond to this negative review like he has the rest.

I made a reservation through the website booking.com, and of course the day after I got an e-mail that my credit card did not pass and I must pay again. Since I had already heard about this "problem", I wrote to the hotel and asked to make sure that the room will be reserved for me. Also a few days before my arrival I sent an email with some questions (in which I mention, yet again, the date of my arrival) and they replied and even told me not to worry about the hour of my arrival (midnight!). When I arrived, I found a not very nice clarck. The guy just said that there is no room for us, because no credit card payment to be done. I showed him the confirmation in writing that I had received from them, but in reply he just laughed and said that probably it was I who did not understand them right. (Do not know what so hard to understand in the phrase "we confirm your reservation") ...
In short, at 12 at night we received a very dismissive attitude and no apology what so ever.

P.S.
The hotel is not exactly "right on the left from the metro station". And you will not see it even if you do 10 steps on the left. And at 12 at night it's not such a plesent area to walk around!!!!

Dear valued customer, we read about the inconvenient happened and I think that was only a bad misunderstanding between you and us. The credit card sent on the website used for your reservation, was not valid, so we wrote to the customer care asking for a new number and the reservation has been cancelled. In the meanwhile your wrote us requesting a room for the same period and in response to your mail we used as usually our reservation form where a credit card number was required to secure room but any credit card was sent and we were waiting about it. I hope you will remove your comment on trip advisor because you didn't taste our services neither our rooms, (a bed cooment is a bad impact) giving us a second chance: my personal thought is that the satisfaction of the customer is the first brick of a good business. Moreover, is my intention to inform you, just for precision, that the underground line station (Affori Centro) is only 150 meters far from the Hotel, really I don't know wich indications you may had, but the night of your arrival I think that nothing has gone in the right way. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any information you may need and to reserve your next stay in Milano. Sincerely ours Fabio Brignoli Manager

To cut the long story short, I was not given a cover for the duvet I had to use for three nights! I don’t know how this hotel can have any stars let alone four! Our request for a duvet cover was totally ignored. I could not charge my phone as the hotel staff was not able to get me an adaptor and thought its perfectly alright to inform the guest where to buy one from! I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I am still shocked by the behaviour of the hotel staffs.

The area is most unsuitable for a tourist. At least I would not recommend a stay for tourists from UK. There is not a single decent restaurant or pub in the area. There are construction work going on around the hotel, we sat down for breakfast and had to leave the room as there was strong smell of paint.

Any budget hotel has better service and facilities then Acca Palace any day.

Dear valued Guest, we deeply regret to alnowledge that you had a very bad experience. You came in Milano in a sesaon that usually is very hot and those 3 days of cold wind caught us unprpared: is for this reason that after your request we proceeded to provide from our warehouse the quilts we had available, but without the necessary coatings usually use with the arrival of autumn, after being washed and sanitized. Regarding the adptor, we kindly inform you that at the repetion we have over 15 different plug for all countries (germany, Usa, u.k), but I suppose that were finished, due other requests had before the yours and, being on sunday was not possible to buy others at the supermarket. Really, we apologies if you've been shocked by this experience, but we think that the inefficiences in Hotel are others. We assure you also that all the work in progress having in nearby are part of a big project of development of this area tha will become one of the most important side of the Town, and as programmed will have their end before 2013. We hope to have you once again as our guest to give us the possibility to show you our philosophy of accomodation where customers is always at the center of our attention. Thank you anyway for your feedback, even if we consider it a bit 'too debilitating, we think that every suggestion will help us to become perfect

Hi, there is a ticket booth at the station who are very helpful, two of us got a ticket for €8 each which took us to our destination well. The station is a short walk from outside the airport. Each time we did this there were always trains ready to leave so no waiting with luggage. Have fun!
