If you don't expect too much and you want to save money it is the right place to stay in Mailand. The area is good and you can walk into town. The breakfast....well....it is a kind of breakfast.... It's not much, but you get something to eat.

We were lucky cause we had a room with bathroom, but it was dirty. When we arrived, the room was too cold cause the window was opened, so we felt cold at night... noisy surroundings. The breakfast was very poor. It has good location not far from the train station and the cathedral.

A poor hotel, with uncomfortable beds and very small rooms. It is located near the train station, a few minutes walk, but it is in a quite neighborhood. You have cafes, markets and fast food around to eat something appropriate.

Ok, the room comes with 50 euros, more or less. The basic one. With shared bathroom. Or, better, shared toiled. The strange thing is that you have a shower in your room, but not the toilet. There is only one toilet per corridor.

The only appealing aspect of this place is the location: it's just a 10 minute walk from the station and a 20 minute walk from the centre. Everything else is rubbish. One of the owners (the woman) was a terse, cold, unsmiling grump; the beds had clearly already been slept in by god knows who/what; the bathroom was very shoddy... More

We stayed over 2 nights. Total cost was approx €100 inclusive of a basic breakfast & tax. To start off: One major problem I had with the room was the noise. They are not very sound proof and being 1 level up and near the stairwell you basically hear everything from the trams & general traffic to the people in... More

I booked this hotel in advance with booking.com When I arrived, I was shown to a dark and dingey room which had a leaking air conditioner unit. The shower was in the centre of the bedroom against the wall so I tested the pressure before I unpacked my bag. It sprayed lots of water up over the top of the... More

hi, we are couple 30 and 32 years old. we used this hotel for a one night stop over in Milan. We are never very demanding people and have a good feel of common sense, and prefer to be happy rather then insisting to be always 'right'. We got room 205, which: - had shared toilet on the hall (we... More

The hotel is poor in general and its price is well over it quality. The receptionist does just speak italian (nobody there apparently speak English), nobody inform about breakfast to be included and the food is very poor. There are also some distrust and doubts about correct use of credit card as a few days later I got some fraudulent... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
