We chose this Hotel purely on the basis of the great reviews on Trip Advisor and we were very pleased that we did! We had a ground floor room with a pretty little courtyard garden, the shower was very high spec and the bathroom very well appointed. The bed was super comfy and the room was immaculately clean. The Hotel...

Borgo Antico is a very charming hotel on a rather charming street with several restaurants. Parking can be a problem for late arrivals. Ask at the desk for a diagram of how to make your way back as there are several one-way streets and it is easy to get lost! Riccardo, whose English was so good and without any sort...

We spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good staff, convenient location, nice breakfast and comfortable room. It's a short walk to the lake and downtown village. The Borgovico trattoria a few doors down was terrific. If you're going to take a boat ride on the lake consider getting the day pass so you can get on and...

Location is an easy 5-10 minute walk from San Giovanni station with your rollerboard suitcase behind you. The hotel feels like it was recently renovated and it is clean and cozy. While the street was loud during the day, our room was on the back of the hotel and was very quiet, even with the window open. The room wasn't...

Around Como there seems to be a massive gap between super expensive amazing hotels and really old run down hotels with little in the middle. This boutique hotel has real charm but is actually very nice and new. The staff were very good and overall it was a great stay. I'll definitely be back.

Borgo Antico is a short walk from the railway station and a little longer flat walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly with advice as to where to go in the old town. The room was clean and spacious with excellent appointments. The bathroom was huge and very modern. Both room and bathroom serviced daily...

Well located, close to the railway station and a few minutes walk to the old town. The hotel is in a small side street and easy to find on foot from the station. It looks as if the hotel was renovated recently and the work was done to a high standard. On check in the receptionist was friendly and quick...
