We had a good sized room facing the square & ticked all the boxes. The bed was very comfortable We misplaced ou r Samsung tablet on the Lyon to Milano train & the reception staff went to a great deal of trouble phoning the Milano Garibaldi train station to report this. We arrived at around 4.30pm and found the receptionist to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, a good size and the bathroom was of a good size too, the only problem we encountered in the bedroom was that the edges of the bed which were wooden were jutting out and my husband and I kept bumping...

A friend of ours had booked this hotel after some careful research. Our initial impression was good. The reception area was small but the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and bright with a good sized double bed, which proved to be very comfortable, and a good sized en suite. The hotel is well situated and...

We arrived earlier than expected. The hotel is easy to find in a great location. Giacoppo at the reception has gone above and beyond to provide a great service from the moment we came in and even letting us checking in a bit earlier. We also got a few suggestions of places to go for lunch. Room was very clean...

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms! The location is central and we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, train and boat. The only problems are that the reception is on the first floor and there isn't parking.

Albergo Firenze is in a great location in the charming town of Como. The location is central and we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, train and boat. Our triple room was perfect for two nights with three people. The bathroom was big for European standards. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. There was a carousel in our piazza and...

Cable car 5 mins. walk away and the railway station about 10/15 mins. walk. The rooms are very basic but the beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice hot shower. I walk...

We stayed for 2 nights. This hotel is very well located on a central piazza. However, the decor is dated, the hotel could do with a paint, and we did not feel particularly welcome - a marked contrast to other similar level hotels we have stayed at on this trip. There was wifi but you had to log on every...
