I am writing this review from the hotel lobby because the wifi here is not strong enough to reach the room. The water pressure in the bathroom is so low we cannot wash the soap out of our hair. The location is ideal but there...More
There are lots of places to stay in Bellagio (we rented an apartment for 4 nights), but you cannot find a 19th century bar to match the one at the Hotel Florence. Just walk inside and take in the classic ambience. You'll see what I...More
We stayed for 3 nights and paid extra for a suite which had a fabulous terrace. The hotel is 'brought to life' by the imaginative use of colour - paintwork, chairs and other furniture, fabrics etc. A grand building is turned into a charming one....More

Both are quite different. Bellagio is about an hour on a very windy road (although you might be better off to catch the ferry). Cernobbio (we have stayed there too) is probably better described as part of greater Como. When we stayed there we caught the ferry to Como and walked back to our hotel there (Regina St Olga). Bellagio has a certain charm that Cernobbio doesn't have. I've probably confused you - sorry. Stay at both!!!
