Upon my arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady with a smile. Lovely family run hotel. Staff is very professional and helpful. A big THANK you to Riccardo - he is such a pleasant, well mannered young man. He went out of his way to drop me the local place for dinner (I arrived late in the evening) and also dropped me to the city centre next morning (I had to get a train). He is for sure a great asset to the team! Location is very good, close to the airport and city centre. Room was clean and comfy. It's a quiet area (did not hear any planes passing by as mentioned in other reviews), so I had a very good sleep. I did not have a breakfast but there are a lot of places nearby to get it. I will definitely return as I promised I have to meet the famous uncle Luca for some wine tasting! :)…

terrible!The beds were like fake, 2 pillows were really dirty and the owner was like drunk or something!!He also charge us two times for the taxes!!dont you never go there!!it is really bad experience..!!

The owner welcoming but room smallish and annoyingly no plug in the sink. There are no bar facilities and hotel is under the flight path of the airport on a busy road. Ok for one night but not for extended stay. Very limited parking on site

The welcome was very good with non intrusive attention. Room is comfortable with good bed with well equipped bathroom. Breakfast with large choices. Hotel with car park. We appreciated a lot this step. Good value for money.

Excellent hotel ideally placed for the airport, a short drive in to the old town. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. It is easy to find with handy parking outside. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms as well. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The bus station is a 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was just okay, for our taste there where no alternatives, if you like healthy food. A lot of sugar in the fruit juices, müesli etc... We asked this hotel, before check in, if they have a quiet room. At the check in day, the receptionist told us, we are to early, wehave to wait 30 minutes, till our room is ready,because of our request for a quiet room. we were waiting. after 30 minutes of waiting we had our room. Our room was at the street, inthe first floor, so for what the waiting time? i think that was one of the badest located rooms they had. Very loud, all the time, also during the whole night, because a lot of cars are using this street. At the other side of the street is a shool, very loud in the morning becauseod the students, beside of the hotel is a second shool. There is a loud airport as well. And the walls in the hotel are really thin, so you hear also the other hotel guests. The toilet and the shower has a big window to the street, and at the other side of the street is the shool. the curtain of this window is not that good, for this kind of use, you can see a bit through the curtain. And the shower has just a normal glass. I had a very bad sleep this night, and we were happy that we were just for one night there. this hotel is overpriced, its too expensive for its location. We were late after a long and a crazy journey. Our car was broken between Venice and UK. This hotel owner was ready to help to us and he gave to us an excellent service. The best person is the best time. Thank you so much. The hotel like a 5 stars. Quality, clean, full service. The rooms was beautifull, the breakfast was excellent. The staff like a family part. Our visit was on April 2016.The owner is very polite and helpful. The hotel is located near the airport but a little far from the center of Bergamo. We were satisfied from the amenities and the excellent breakfast that was being served. We were disappointed, however, because of two facts. The last night I discovered that the blanket that I was covered with every night was dirty, which surprised us since the rest of the hotel was very clear. The second fact is that when we paid and asked for a receipt they pretended that they didn't understand what we were telling in English that a few minutes before they were speaking very well.
