upon finally finding hotel quite disappointed with view; ocean front view is railroad tracks, ugly rooftop restaurants/bars on beach then ocean beyond this... but it grew on me as staff absolutely wonderful; 24 hour front desk and even after midnight they fixed us a cappuccino and glass of wine! look beyond what is in front and ocean view beautiful. good... We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience at this hotel - Pia, the Finnish-born proprietor was SO charming and helpful, the common areas were very comfortable, the breakfast was substantial and delicious, they have an elevator, the balcony view was great, rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet, bathrooms have been updated, wifi worked well, and they were just a... We loved this hotel. We arrived for a one-night stay and were welcomed by the owner who was happy to give us a room on the 3rd floor with a lovely balcony. The room and bathroom were both large and the location couldn't be better. The hotel is charming and quirky and I loved that it's not without personality like... More

We booked this hotel as it was the only one available ay very short notice with no choice of room. We got number 14 overlooking a lovely park. Room was spacious and very clean and bed as comfortable as my own. Shower worked really well with lots of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast more... More

This hotel was a good value -our room was very adequate equipped with a new bathroom, refrigerator and a balcony overlooking the church. We appreciated the help the desk person gave us when our luggage needed repair-very nice people. The grounds could be cleaned up a bit-the building is old but it has an elevator-we appreciated that! I heard some... More

This hotel is absolutely fine for a couple of days stay as a base in Santa. It's clean and spacious and staff courteous. Showers work well. No air con but fans are provided. Breakfast is good although you only get one free cappuccino! Think we lowered average age quite a bit with our 9 years old and the two of... More

We stayed here for three nights and were very pleased with our choice. It is an older hotel but rooms were clean with good old fashioned keys! We had a lovely room on the top floor with its own roof terrace which was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon. Only critics of the room was the mattress could... More

A good mid-priced hotel. Well located in center of Santa Margherita next to large park. Could have been cleaner and the room arrangements left something to be desired. Good breakfast and assistance from the staff.

Don't let the look of the outside put you off. We only had one night but would have gladly stayed longer. Needs renovations, but the rooms were clean and bed comfy. Minutes from the water and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the brekkie was good. Would stay here again if the price was right. (Room 26)
