The reception staff were very helpful and courteous and assisted us with our luggage on our early arrival. The hotel is located in the centre of La Spezia, only about twelve minutes walk from the train station. The room was spacious enough and clean, although in some need of renovation, as some tiles were cracked, wall paper was peeling off...

We chose to stay in La Spezia as a base for Cinque Terre It's a large harbour town so there are very few tourists compared to the bustle of the five villages and it's very convenient to commute to the villages from the main train station plus it is walking distance to the harbour for the ferry boats to Portovenere....

We stayed here for 2 nights . The hotel is within walking distance to the train station and town. We used this as our base point for visiting Cinque Terre. It was perfect. Friendly staff, modern amenities, great breakfast and happy hour! The bartender Andrea was super friendly and also greeted us in the morning for breakfast. We really loved...

The greater part of the hotel is located below street level, Our room had a view of a graffity strewned stair case. The room was OK but the TV was the size of an old small computer screen. On a minor note, the room does not provide a non-disturbance sign. Best to ask for a room above street level (...

We enjoyed out stay here. The room was quiet and clean. It needed a little more attention to painting and other little small items, but nothing to detract from the trip. Breakfast was very nice, with about everything to satisfy any taste. They offer a parking garage, but the places are very small. I was able to park my Toyota...

I love this hotel!! The location is perfect because after you get out of the hotel back door, here we are on the shopping street. You can shop all day long and when you get tired, just walk up to your room and rest, then back on the street again. The hotel is really nice, the room is look really...

This is well situated to allow easy walking into the town and about 5-10 min walk to the railway station depending on how fast you walk! This worked well for us as for €44 for 2 adults we got the train to Pisa and back - so much easier than driving! Our room was really comfortable and well kitted out...

The hotel was really pleasant, a nice breakfast included and the pedestrian entrance is really by the center of the city. The best thing was the place to park the car! It is not a real parking lot, there are some places to park the car on the street that "belong" to the hotel. But it worked very well for...

The parking in front of the hotel is free, which is rare for this area. Staff were super friendly and helpful, location is exactly in the heart of La Spezia. Breakfast was great and wifi was very stable. The room was well equipped (minibar, fridge, hairdryer..).
