This is well situated to allow easy walking into the town and about 5-10 min walk to the railway station depending on how fast you walk! This worked well for us as for €44 for 2 adults we got the train to Pisa and back - so much easier than driving! Our room was really comfortable and well kitted out...

The hotel was really pleasant, a nice breakfast included and the pedestrian entrance is really by the center of the city. The best thing was the place to park the car! It is not a real parking lot, there are some places to park the car on the street that "belong" to the hotel. But it worked very well for...

The parking in front of the hotel is free, which is rare for this area. Staff were super friendly and helpful, location is exactly in the heart of La Spezia. Breakfast was great and wifi was very stable. The room was well equipped (minibar, fridge, hairdryer..).

Great Staff - very helpful. Rooms not great. Elevator very slow. Motor Coaches can't park in front of the hotel - no room. Road is very small and it is on a curve. Cars come up the road and around the curve very fast. Reception is on the 5th Floor with rooms below. Ask for a room above the 5th...

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel La Spezia. Staff very friendly, super clean, fresh sheets daily, happy hour each night, great breakfast, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the ferry for a trip to Cinque Terra/Porto Venere or bus stops.

Hotel is halfway up the mountain - lobby at street level is floor 5. Floors 0-4 are below, surrounding a 5-story atrium. Unusual configuration, but convenient. Take the elevator down to level 0 and you exit on La Spezia's Main Street and an easy 10-minute walk to the harbor and boats to Cinque Terre. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff...

Really good hotel. Very clean. We been visiting Cinque Terre and staying in hotel for 3 nights to have convenient access to these villages. Hotel is conveniently located between port where boats to Cinque Terre departs and Central La Spezia rail road station (15 min walking distance). The walking street with shops and restaurants just 50 yards from hotel. Good...

One day was to visit cinque terre with their help we took the train to the last village of cinque terre for a swim and brunch. Then slowly used the boat back to...

we stayed only one night at this place making a stop before Santa Margherita. I should admit that 4 stars for this place it's an exaggeration. There were many things should be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Parking was completely full close to hotel to we had to park our big car at parking place with single boxes (we had no...
