They gave us a room just right next to the breakfast room where the noise was loud. The room was ugly and dirty, smell that came out from the toilet definitely did not make our stay comfortable at all. Very bad accommodation.

The staff was very helpful and the lobby/breakfast area was recently renovated but on the other hand rooms are still in a very bad condition for a 3 stars Hotel. Indeed everything was average besides the condition of the room (both floor and shower should be also renovated). Location close to "Porto Antico" was great.

After a two week tour of Iberia and Italy, we were due to fly out of Genoa airport and this hotel is just what we wanted for our final evening in Italy. Good rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Good if you are a coeliac, as your breakfast is kept well apart from the others....

The staff was helpful with directions and other things. Four floors up with no lift, so be ready to carry your bags. Room was small for a family, but suitable. Generally clean but mold in the small shower. Room smelled a little smokey. Breakfast had an array of choices, but not enough tables at 9:30. Eat early if you don't...

The rooms are not as bright as the photos show... It is tucked in an alleyway therefore not much (none?) daily light! As long as you are aware of this, the hotel is clean and basic. Not the most comfortable mattress but quiet at night. Breakfast has a nice selection, not the healthiest but you are in Italy! :) Friendly...

Stayed for 4 nights with a group of friends. Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms simply furnished but very clean and with mod cons - air con, TV, WIFI etc. Hotel conveniently located in narrow street near Acquarium . My single room overlooked the alleyway but was quiet if a little dark, Good selection of food at breakfast...

We, as a family of 4, stayed here for a few nights at the end of our Italian holiday. The hotel itself was very nice, the location for the port, city centre and restaurants is excellent. Although a taxi is unable to get too close when dropping you off or picking up. The rooms are large with air conditioning and...

We booked two rooms for two nights in this nice basic hotel, which is located perfectly for those who travel lightly and wish to be close to the main attractions of downtown Genoa. Price level was decent even during high season. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I heard them speak English with some clients as well. The...

We stayed there for 2 nights, 5 and 6 of April 2015. It is located near the sea front (close to the harbour). It was clean, but more than that, nothing special. The front office manager spoke good English and we were able to communicate, whereas his colleague spoke no English. Furthermore there was no lift.
