Hotel was nice. The rooms are bit old and small but we had a nice balcony with an awesome view. Its also in a very good location on top of the hill where it is not that loud like one in the centre would be. Walking distance to the centre is 5 minutes - 10 back as it is then... More

We were so lucky to find this gem. We could easily have had 3-4 people in this suite when we booked a double. No complaints here. The breakfast spread is one of the best we've had. Included breads, jams, yogurt, fruits, cereals, eggs and more. And of course delicious Italian coffees. Lots to see and do in this town and... More

This is the place to stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The view is unbeatable. Beds were comfy and rooms very clean. I would definitely go back. If you don't want to make the hike to the hotel, there is a bus available that stops in front of the Co-Op.

The hotel is at the top of the town. There is a bus that leaves the railway station and goes past the hotel regularly (otherwise it is a struggle with big bags). The room was clean, everything worked (including the air conditioning) and there was a great view of the town and sea from the balcony. There is a large... More

Great view of the village and the sea. Easy to get up the hill by local bus or taxi. Very good restaurant within walking distance. Lovely terrace to have a drink on. Very good breakfast. Overall we loved this venue and would use it again. The peaceful atmosphere is worth a million dollars.

Riomaggiore is built on a steep hillside, but it was still a bit of a shock to be led down several flights of stairs to our room (55 steps, to be exact). And there is no elevator, and no bellboys so we had to carry our bags down too. Once in the room we discovered that the WiFi coverage doesn't... More

Friendly staff that will help you organize transport, guides etc.. Location is also very nice, not too much traffic on the upper road. Also a great restaurant just 200m towards the castle. Breakfast is great, compared to normal Italian breakfast. Rooms are nice, only a few don't have any view.

This hotel is located at the very top of the mountain requiring a hike up/down to go anywhere. It would have been nice to have the option of a pick up from the local train station instead of dragging our suitcases. I did try calling, in advance, to see if it could be arranged but there was no answer each... More

We had a cancellation on our previously booked hotel and decided on this in a hurry. But all I have to say are good things. The place is small, minimal, but good views, great staff and very good breakfast. It is a steep walk uphill, but we were there to do some hikes, so we enjoyed that part too. Good... More
